The problem is when a dev makes the entire story the lead up to that moment OR they hit it at a decent pace but then turn her into a whore right after.
Most devs are dogshit writers. Period. They know two speeds when the pace of a successful adult VN is not having 20 years of buildup (AWAM), 2 updates of buildup (many others) or a reasonable buildup that has the woman riding every dick she sees after her first fuck.
Plenty of titles had massive followings THAT GREW after they got to the moment where the main female finally fucks someone (or male character MC fucks the female that's most desired by players).
Shitty devs and writers can't manage that balance.
I've already said that this dev is going at a good pace but they'd be making a mistake dragging it on for years. IMO, within thr next few updates she should be at a point of, at least, fooling around. Again, cheating/hooking up with another man does not necessitate her becoming a whore. It's far more realistic for someone to give in to temptation, feel bad or awkward about it, try to pull it back and then go from there rather than flirt and pet for a decade (AWAM) or go from a housewife to a whore in 10 seconds.
Palmer needs to strike the right balance, IMO. I like the pacing so far but a crucial point should be coming very soon if the story is to remain on that believable pace.

True...and they continue following especially if it's a progress of events. The Marvin/Anna route would be the more notable examples if done correctly. Right now, Marvin has gotten away with some minor kink with Anna for reasons unknown--however, if we learn the reasons behind Marvin's 'success' with Anna could lead to a lot of other interesting events.

That tends to be true with a lot of games. However with this story, Anna is at odds with herself of being a wife and responsible adult and her own desires. To continue a good story that corruption you mention (and in Anna's case her own desires corrupt her) ought to be a slow one with moments of guilt and regrets.

Here you are hitting on why this game differs from many other games. At the moment there is great pacing and character build up. Escalation of events are driving the story's plots at the moment. From the developer we are clued in that its more Anna/David in the next release. Now where in the story line might Anna take every dick when offered? That is up to the developer. Broken to accept everyone of Hank's advance--I am guessing sooner than say her and perhaps Jake or certainly Robinson. I suspect it's a case by case with each of the love interest and the situation. I can see later on Anna actually getting to the point and calling Chris for a booty call.

Agreed... but I think this next update will be key for setting up a crucial event. Again, it's an update with David and Anna where things have to go horribly wrong with their relationship or right depending on the route one is playing. What has to occur is something that would allow Anna at the critical event to respond to it favorably or put the scene in motion to even get a choice to play through it. How and why, Marvin has been able to get favors from Anna would clue the player to understand her actions with most of the characters. Some characters stand apart from the others. Hank and Grant have their own pathways... Chris and Jake have their routes locked in... Robinson--not sure how he works with the story and Anna's behavior... Marcel is mystery in that somehow Anna has to meet him again and a set of events put him on the path.
Where AWAM goes wrong is the developer's main plot to get every possible combination to the edge of a cliff before Sophia falls off of it. A better plot would be that Sophia already has gone too far with one of the other characters and that relationship complicates Sophia with the rest of the possibilities.
