*What if Marvin suspects Kendra is also working to get Jake and Anna together? Would Marvin be ok with sharing Anna?
*The only place where spy cameras would be of any value, would be Anna's breast pumping room. Anna and Marvin are the only one who has a key to the room, and it's safe to conclude Marvin watches who enters that room. Any videos or pictures coming from those cameras would likely be more suited toward Marvin's pervasions.

If the old fish doesn't get anything from Anna during the meeting with Kendra at the bar, she can forget about the cameras in Anna's office. Red wine is typically 12-14% ABV, beer is typically 5% ABV. Anna is holding a large glass of wine (250ml), so a third of a standard (750ml) bottle. Anna's glass of wine is similar, maybe a bit stronger than a regular (500ml) bottle of beer.
In their last visit to the pub, Anna drank three glasses of wine, so a whole bottle of wine, in let's guess under two hours while they were playing their game. That's enough to make most people drunk (not sex with Marvin drunk but certainly judgment impaired).
I don't think Kendra needs to spike Anna's drink for something to happen with Marvin, just start a drinking game / dares, and move on to cocktails or shots. Maybe a badly timed message from or about David triggers Anna to get "revenge".
What do we think she does with Marvin? I don't think it will be anything too exciting. Maybe just more under the table play.

Mate, today is 2 months since the last update and as I understand it from Patreon, this one will be much shorter than the others and we are nowhere near the release.
it's just my opinion but putting aside the Christmas vacations, the work this time is much slower than usual

I imagine a situation were Jack would take action and decide to go against Kendra.
