I think he did not.... I look at all the pics of this with angles... the only way he could avoid it is to have done an ass job... we do not get a camera angle there. Im sure it was just acting, i highly doubt the dev would make her first actual sex scene that lacklustre.
That's the beauty of camera mystery, feels almost obvious, yet nobody can be sure. I just hope the dev keeps raising the bar with this, this tension is really the foundation of the game.

IMO it's definitely made to be ambiguous - a kind of schrödinger's fuck, in that in the future he can equally write in either they banged or it was just softcore acting. Or more likely, on certain paths itll be canon they were actually banging, on others they werent.
