I think most of the games are played on android, but almost all of them for some reason do not have an android port. But there is a version for mac users. Of which there are very few. Each topic asks you to make an android port... Developers are very strange people,)

I lost all my saves on 0.3 because of a game bug. Replayed it all on 0.4, but now lost it again because of the engine switch.
Thankfully savefiles were provided, but I absolutely hate Unity, so I'm very disappointed on the change...

The folder is written in the message. Press WIN+R and type %appdata% and I think you will understand where to go next on the folder.

Basically NTR route, if you dont let Bella do any personalized Chemistry sessions with Carter,she does piss poor on the movie set and then she goes to the gym and the relaxing area. Also, is you do let Bella do the personalized chemistry sessions , she smashes the first dat at the set and Carter and her goes to the gym but not the relax area- perhaps love route? It might be more but its so hard to know which choices lead where when the choices sound almost similar.
As of now i wouldn't say the game isn't worth the hassle. 2 Months for Love route, 2 Months for NTS route, 2 Months for NTR. Maybe, maybe there is something happening on the NTR route in about a year.

You won't make as much money from this, and there is more hassle with development. At least when you are the single developer on Patreon.
So the only thing I see are amateur RenPy ports from benefactors.
