Thank you, MIRONENKO! I, too, couldn't find the folder to put the Dev's provided Saves, but with your "WIN+R" suggesstion, I got close to the right area (it went to "Roaming"), but I noticed the LocalLow folder just above the Roaming folder then navigated to Allure Arts and was GTG!

I was ready to give up because I refused to START OVER AGAIN FROM THE BEGINNING AGAIN!!! Now I have lots of paths from which to start!

A bizarre update, really. On my path the whole thing was just a single scene with the new guy who is difficult to care for considering the lack of any build up with him. It would've made a lot more sense for it to be another Roy date and then just a little tease with Carter.
