I need to spend some time with angel and talk to piper to finish chapter 6 objectives. I've been browsing through the pages here and found out that i'm meant to to visit the general store any day in the afternoon to spend some time with angel but she is never there.

Talk to piper I have no idea whatsoever where I'm supposed to meet here and talk to her.
