If anything, you could argue Yanderes are the perfect candidates for an NTR story. The stronger the character's personality and their love for the MC, the bigger the fall.

The only issue is that for some reason...the Yandere never kills the new love interest which is weird since they should (also yeah, Harry should have died at least one time in Aya's hands due to possessiveness).
Would be funny if Luca actually steals Aya and Aya kills him because she thinks he wants to leave her. Mind you. SHE THINKS.

Well, 'play a stupid game, gain a stupid prize' ending. He thought too much about sex and missed the massive life threatening flag the moment blackmail material didn't matter anymore, then again, death/suffering are exciting, would be really fun!

Harry need to see someone he loves dying tbh. So he can learn how death comes to everyone, then he would stop being so whiny in regards to Luca and fully get that he can also bleed, scream and die, and then have at least his arm crushed so he can understand that there is a consequence for not understanding that.

Aya needs to learn that being a conniving two faced bitch warrants having at least half of her face burned to the crisp. Literally two faces she would have at the end.

Laura needs to learn that being also a hedonistic bitch might warrant a degree of weakness...which allows monsters to basically crush her down like an insect and provoke her cries of pain, not pleasure. Pure PAIN.

Luca needs to remind that he is human. So he can be harmed like all humans. He thinks too highly of himself and only a powerful physical trauma can put him on his actual place.

Gods, they are all pathetic and disgusting. They deserve nothing.
