The steps to get all of the endings are in the main menu under "Extras" but since the Aya variants are secret, they don't show up in that menu until you get the Aya ending

are you perhaps confused about the names? Luca is the bad guy, he always fucks at least the main girl. as for the MC Harry he only gets content early in the game and late in the game. and he can have none to all of them depending on your choices.

Two I think. He only bangs Aya on the Aya route, and I don't think he bangs Sandra on that one
But yeah, this is an NTR game, not a harem game. If you have to ask "how many" then this might not be for you

Yes, I know it is an NTR game. In many of those the antagonist does bed more than one woman. Since I had seen refences to women other than Laura, I was asking if any of them winds up in Luca's bed. Thank you though for answering!

Maybe the game files didn't unpack/download properly.
Try to download from a different source.

there is more than one girl, this game is the laura route, focused on the girl laura(purple hair) but there is also the other main girl aya(blond) taking part, which is the focus on the other ongoing game in development (apblu-aya).
there are more girls important enough to have a sprite that take part in apblu(like Laura's mom for example)
this game(laura route) has 12 endings so some endings only focus on laura.

I wouldn't call him Alpha as so crippled by mommy issues he's incapable of feeling happy unless he's making someone miserable. He crosses into the line of "N**** you gay" when it comes to being so focused on making Harry miserable it'd be funny if it wasn't played so darkly.
