Edit: Nvm, managed to disable it using 0x52_URM (Universal Renpy Cheat). I don't if this is just me, but porn games are more enjoyable when there's no character dialogue portraits, makes you connect with the characters more.

Just keep in mind that there're a lot of times when the author relies on these portraits to show the change in emotions from one sentence to another.
