I know of that sight it too had many abandoned games akin to this with many many reviews, i really think that mainly it has to do with the temperament of the individual involved. Some have been due to tragedies -- such as the sculptor creator who went silent during covid after a family member got sick. However others either seemed to moved onto doing things irl and getting away from this, or simply werent fully commited to the idea and maybe were embarrassed by the content. if it were just where the money was then there would be some content even if it were just one or two done by committed individuals driven by person desire
I thought of something like that too, but ultimately, personality, temperament and dedication aside, statistically it appears that more financially successful projects and stronger followings tend to side with MC transforming games (BMO TV, Secretary, Clean Slate, Making of a slut, The Fixer and many many others) as opposed to MC doing the transforming/sissifying other men (A Spell for All or Whoremaker?).
Games that have the option or run heavy on MC dominance either struggle to keep attention without adding at least some MC transforming options (Slut manager), or a dominant MC is more of a second option/afterthought as opposed to a primary focus (The Company, A wife's phone, X-change life, Underneath the Labyrinth)
