About the next steps:
"We’re planning to update to version 0.5 on November 15th. This update will include events where the sister wakes up early and some bath-related events. Work on the Steam version will also begin this month."

Does the update only changes the UI ? From the free section of patreon NLCH only said that "This update unified the style of the status bar icons and added some enhancements to the UI" and nothing else

Which platform have you subscribed to?

Ci-en, I recommend Ci-en or Fantia for his game content. (There's T&C about Visa/Mastercard in Japan so you have to use alter payment for it)
Fanbox and Patreon more toward to his personal content

Or you can just join discord server for sneak peek since he usually post something there for a bit of a teaser (usually in chinese chat channel cause that's his primary language I guess)
