it looks more like your operating system is "virused", especially pleasing are the incomprehensible antiviruses like antimalware
and from your screenshot of the "Task Manager" nothing is clear. Go to the "Details" tab, turn on the display of all processes of all users and only then look for unnecessary processes there. Filters for CPU and memory load are also there

You launch the game, launch the task manager on the "details" tab and see how many processes the game does...
The game should "launch" about 8 processes at a time, if in tandem with Mtool, they do 15 processes at a time. But the windows should not "multiply", there should be 2 windows...
If something "multiplies windows" for you, then it is not the game, but some third-party software that is running on your computer...
Show screenshots of "multiple windows" and "Task Manager" during all this, and not after something there.
Because on the previous screenshot you show at least a running browser, point the cursor at the CPU, but you sort by Working RAM, that screenshot does not show and does not prove absolutely anything, except that the browser has consumed a lot of your computer resources.
Also, the game is pixels yet goes lagger than any game I have! I have higher graphics games than that yet it lags way too much
