The first scene, like any other Seggs scenes, isn't in the game, and won't be until the release. The teaser scene itself, if I'm not mistaken, is about a year old. There were demonstrations of about three scenes in bed.
Regarding the second scene, it's "Burst in" This is the second variation of the scene; the first scene is only available once. The third has not yet been implemented or added to the game.

Currently, the maximum number of hearts is 7. Red hearts can turn to purple, for a total sum of them: 14.
About milk. You can give milk to Imouto as a drink after purchasing milk for the first time, or more precisely, after talking to Imouto about [how strange it is that there's a milk vending machine "outside"].
After returning home (5:00 PM+ or through the portal door), there can only be 1 [Evening Conversation] per game day, and, for example, If you return home with a game console, an event will occur that will cancel all the evening's events and bring the morning.
After activating the "drinks," there's a conversation where you give out the "medicine" after defeating a boss. You'll receive the medicine if you return home with a "philosopher's stone shard" through the "door" you open on the area where the boss fight took place (if you eat the shard before the medicine is formed, you'll have to wait for a new boss).
Regarding the number of purple hearts, the game has events that check the number of pink and purple hearts, or even their total. And the "highest" number in events, 99+ purple hearts, will unlock the "summer" stage if you peek at Imouto after returning early on an extremely hot day. In the game with the current system, it is almost impossible to achieve such values without cheats.
However, any events that reduce purple hearts (handjob in the bathroom) will reset all "extra" hearts above 7 to 6.
What will happen to hearts after the release remains to be seen.

speaking of events tied to certain heart values..
is this scene actually in the game and if so, what values are necessary?
i've been copy/pasting my config/saves since 2024 so have only seen max heart events (i think)

This scene is already implemented in the game, and it's the "beginning" of the "forced handjob"
I could be a little mistaken. To trigger this scene, you need at least 3 or 5 of sum red and purple hearts (2+1 or 3+2, I don't remember exactly).
If there are not enough hearts, Imouto will kick you out of the locker room and her mood will get worse.
To trigger this scene: take a bath alone, then spy on Imouto while she undresses and quickly open the door to the locker room.
The door should disappear; there's about a 60% chance of this happening, and I personally feel the more hearts you have, the easier it is to trigger this scene.

I looked at the exact values in Mtool. When an event was triggered, I pressed the "Current Event" button and looked for the values and numbers of variables that are tracked for the trigger conditions of certain event variants.thankyou, metalocalypse.

Most likely, you simply don't know how to trigger this scene. And there's still a chance of success/failure.

A few more "life hacks" regarding animated scenes.
Well-animated scenes that are currently in the game can be found here: %Game_path%\www\img\movies
In this folder there will be extension files: *.nlch
I found 2 ways to view the content:
1) Open the game and drag files into the game window. The game will open videos in a new window with an internal game player, which plays these videos within the game.
2) Copy all files (or the files you are interested in) to another folder and rename them to the extension: *.webm
open these videos with another player that can play them. K-Lite Codec Pack and "Media Player Classic" with a bunch of built-in codecs plays them just fine.
By the way, my player opens files without changing the extension.

While spying on her, when her face is forward, open the door forcefully all the way and the scene will appear to you.
