I'm not sure if you're experiencing the same issue, but try checking the protagonist's arousal and replaying the scene with a high stat. Another user found that reverting to an earlier version of the game partially helped.
And as I already advised another user, if all else fails, try starting over from the beginning. Three in-game days should be enough to test this feature. As a last resort, I suggest completely deleting your save files.

Check the official guide, complete the guide requirements for the scene, and watch the scene.
Remember, for SLG scenes you need to do a lot of RPG stuff, that's the mechanics of this game, or rather the current demo version.
And, describe the scene that you call "new". Perhaps it is not in the game yet, but only a template for paid subscribers, and the scene will be introduced into the game much later (possibly with the release).

The difference with 0.82F is the reworking of the bath scene if you go in together.
And starting the scene where Imouto rubs her crotch against the Protagonist's hand, but the scene is incomplete and requires parameters that are unattainable without hacking (100+ purple hearts, with a limit of 7).
