Hmmm. Either there is a bug or I'm missing something. I'm following the apprentice-path walkthrough and I have gotten to the spot where I should head off to the jail cells. But the option to enter them doesn't appear? In the police station there is only the chief who's charmed by Davy and the option to exit the station.

And yes, I've followed the walkthrough to the letter.

The walkthrough is wrong, it has not been properly updated after Officer Batton became charmed. I note this was discussed quite recently in this thread

Basically you cannot visit the cells until you charm Officer Batton, to do that either follow Tess's story or charm Tina

Can you tell me how to charm her with the cheat menu? I cannot find a way to that

Select 'View People' locate 'Daria'. Under Toggle flags
- type 7 and click the link
- type 8 and click the link
to set flags 7 and 8 off (flags are counted from the right, rightmost is 1)
You can now return and charm her correctly

Thanks for the updated compile.sh, this was sent to me a while ago, I do my development work under Windows usually so had not really checked it

I have fixed the Sir Ronald issue, if needed an updated compiled.js is attached

I thought that might be the case. FWIW, the Windows Subsystem for Linux is really good these days, if you ever wanted to test it (or move to it for a single dev env). But obviously no pressure, just wanted to float it.

I'm not much for content writing, but if there's ever anything I can lend a hand on in the coding, let me know.

Given several other things are locking behind charming Mothher Superior there should either be an alternate path or another way to access the other content. Failing to do one thing that isn't even clearly signaled is a depressing way to lose the ability to finish several story lines.

Just wait until the following day, she will be be in her classroom at school then

No, days have gone by with me checking her room every five minutes until the school closes. She never shows up again.
I loaded an older save and the same thing happened.

Edited to add: I tried again and it worked! I don't know what was different that time.

Probably, it will depend on how far into the game you are. I am unsure if disabling it will fully enable things or not/ Early in the game, before the Seance there will be no problems.

It is disabled by preventing a flag changing and thus eventually enabling the events for Lilith and following content.

Open the cheat menu, locate 'Vampyre' (ie Lilith) and under 'Change Other/Extra' type 0 in the first edit box and 0 in the second and click the link. Before you do it the value under 'Other + Extra' should be '-1, 0, 0' after '0, 0, 0' (actually only the first number matters here, so if the others are not 0 it does not matter)

If you are later in the game, go and talk to Sarah and see if she looks out the window worried.
If you have done events with Elian I am unsure what will happen, her scenes may reset, I am not sure without checking the code more

Latest version seems to have a bug with Tess at the Hotel. When you tell her to take you to a private room to discuss what she found, it says it's doing that, but it doesn't. You just stay in the main lobby and that option to take you to the private room is still there, as is Tess. I'm on the murder path in case that matters.

Been trying to charm lauren the last time, its quite difficult to find her in the entry hall, been doing that for 10 in game days, is it possible to make it a tiny bit easier for her to spawn in the entry hallway?

yo can go to cheat-->view people-->select lauren and then move her to your position


or just cheat to charm her directly

I do not want charming Lauren on the Apprentice path to ever be easy, if that is what you want then play the murder path she is very easy then. Her and Sarah's story for the Apprentice path is not complete so I am reluctant to do any changes until I sort out that story

ok, thank you for the answer, just can't get her to come out of the room for the 3rd charm.

This was fixed in the 14.11b update

Do you mean you applied the 14.11b update to a full download of 14.11? There is no full download of 14.11b

Otherwise please apply the fix in this post
