I've been trying to do a search on here for at least an hour and it seems that something is "broken" with it.

I'm trying to figure out what I'm supposed to do with the ghost in the Hospital basement. I know you could do something in the past, and there doesn't seem to be anything in the walkthrough, or at least I can't seem to find it in all of that wall of text presented to us on it. I've also tried all of the different spells on the ghost and nothing seems to work. Also, I've been having Tracy follow me around in case Jessica tries to get a hold of me again.

Also, I've gone to Sarah's room many times and I never seem to catch her looking out of the window to start the Vampire story. I'm on the Apprentice path. Is there something that needs to happen to trigger that story?

In getting Amy charmed. I've talked to girl Charlie. I've charmed her. I've seen her multiple times. I've talked to Miss Beasley, Kerry Batton and Bambi and gotten all their suggestions. I went to back to the gym after learning about those three options. I got to choose them once, chose the Bambi option, but nothing seems to have happened. And now I never seem to get any of those options whenever I visit Charlie in the gym. As soon as I asked this, Amy showed up in the gym and I charmed her.

Return to the Hotel and the maid Lauren will meet you. Follow her to the pool and speak to her there.
Ask all questions and accept her offer.
Ask Bambi where to find a fine wine bottle.

Walk to the Wild Ranges and search the stones. Use the String & Magnet to get the Rusty Key.
Go to the Sacred Clearing. You are blocked by Officer Adele Ross.

Return to the Hotel Cellar and use the key to get the Wine Bottle.

Go to the Police Station (quickly if it's almost midnight) and order Officer Batton to remove the officer.
If it's still early, go home to your mother's room and ask her for news around town. Otherwise this can be done later.
Return to the Mansion and wait for midnight. You can sit on a fallen stone in the Sacred Clearing for a 30 minute wait.

Cast the Pass spell to enter the Mansion. Talk to Sarah and Lauren and ask everything.
Learn Tuo Duo, the Clairvoyance spell, and cast the Pass spell on the safe to get the Aftane.

NOTE: You can now visit Sarah and Lauren any night in the same way, at the cost of a Pass spell. If you have less than 100$ Sarah will give you 50$ once per night.

NOTE: Next time you meet Sarah Gates, you may have the possibility to ask her why she keeps looking outside. This is a timed event, so don't ask yet.

But the walkthrough said that I need the spell to get the rusty key:

If you did not apply the small compiled.js fix for version 14.13b it is possible some interaction with Monique during her charm process or after may of caused Mayor Thomas to become charmed. Use the cheat menu to un-charm her and then charm her again using the spell

As for the ghost when you're working on charming mother superior you're able to learn about ghosts and send the other nun to the basement to investigate her. After that I was able to charm the ghost and move her into my house. There is an entry for her in the walkthrough it's under chapter 8 if you're on the male apprentice path. Her name is Keana.

To get the vampire story to trigger I had to get attacked by the vampire in the graveyard at night. After I got away I was able to ask Sarah about Vampires and you should be able to ask how close they are. At least that's what triggered it for me.

Thanks for the information. I'm not sure if I had asked Mother Superior about ghosts when I claimed her or not. But, all this chain of events has to start with talking to Sarah about vampires. I had to cheat to get that started. I had to use View People and select the vampire and then click on "Reset to start of events (ask Sarah)". Then I just went and talked to her about it, which started all the events rolling because the key is that I needed the spell she teaches you "Unlife Enspelled".

The vampire events wil start after you encounter her in the graveyard at night, so just go for a walk there and it will start the events. This is a new process as of 14.12 and the walkthrough may not of been updated. I thought I had added a hint to do this, I will check and add if not

A small note, currently in the game the bimbo curse is a one off event, nothing else has been added to the game on these lines

You need to discuss Gabby's necklace and work out how to defend against it. There should be an option to ask about it BEFORE the conference

Just carry it with you. It is a slight protection, and can help with Elian as 0.5 of a protection. Similarly for the pyrite pendant

I know people have mixed opinions on AI generated images, but for "real porn" games like these given how realistic AI has gotten recently I think it would be a big improvement over looking at shitty images of busted pornstars taken in 2002. At least something to think about for a modpack?

Although it would take a huge amount of time and tinkering to make unique, high quality images for a game with so many different characters + different character states depending on how the player manipulates their look

I argee there should more options to replace some of really old Pornstars but it boils down to finding alt that find all needed scenes or photoshopped enough to work around

have you done the needed Possible mother superior get the relic dealt with Demon and then figure out how to save Leanne?

ive dealt with the demon, i think ive spoken to everyone on how to save leanne, and ive possessed superior twice. there is a line that says she asked desiree to follow her and she may be with her now, but i dont know what to do with that. possessing her just has her in her room with leanne, the spell 'pass' doesnt seem to do anything, clairvoyance niether

You need substantially better hardware than I have to run the AI software, or more of a budget to pay for the cloud computing. I can generate some images of limited resolution but mainly inpainting edits

To my experience and from what I have seen getting a consistent appearance/person in a range of scenes/positions is difficult, also multiple people can be tricky, definitely threesomes would be a challenge for consistent appearing people. You can use a porn based model and thus use explicit porn stars names and generate then.

For me it is too expensive at this time, if someone wants to create an add-on mod or new character then no problems, I am always happy to accept submissions

After the second possession you get TWO tries at charming Mother Superior. NONE of these involve using invisibility, as it notes there is something in the cloisters that dispells the magic.
- next visit you can charm her if you know the hypnosis trainings. ONLY the next visit
- later Sister Desiree can discuss another approach with you
There are options in the cheat menu for Daria to reset the progress here
