I am trying the apprentice path right now and I am having a problem with Gabby in the interview room. It won't let me charm her despite my owning and reading the hypnosis book and learning from Beasley.

So in the media directories there are scenes with Sara aka Ashlyn Brooke how do you get to those?
By killing her uncle.
Also, I believe I am encountering bug in which Leanne falsely accuses me of taking advantage of her as a thrall.
Trying to charm Mrs Tanika walkthrough says go to Teacher's lounge I been going there everytime i go to school I am already past defeated Legion part of game and still a no show from her anyone know what i am missing to get her to show up?

The hypnosis book is not related here, you need to talk to someone knowledgable on magic, usually Sarah or Mr Beasley before the conference

same issue as below, this is corrected in the compiled.js fix

If you did not apply the small compiled.js fix for version 14.13b it is possible some interaction with Monique during her charm process or after may of caused Mayor Thomas to become charmed. Use the cheat menu to un-charm her and then charm her again using the spell
I can't charm mother superior or the aunt. For the aunt I've already made the decision when she's with her student. But I can't barrow a limo. I can't talk to either of the gates about it and I can't ask the driver because I haven't charmed her. I haven't charmed her because I can't charm the superior.
I got rid of the thrall already but when I try to charm mother superior it says she's too strong willed and in confusion and distress.

And ask them what, because I have no dialogues left for Beasley and Sarah only has the night and Angelica dialogues. I have asked Beasley about hypnotization earlier and used hypno on Kate Granger. So what else do I need to learn?

Try and possess Mother Superior again.
For Aunt Brandi most of the next events are more tied with your mother have you discussed things with her?
You need to discuss Gabby's necklace and work out how to defend against it. There should be an option to ask about it BEFORE the conference

As for the aunt I asked the mom about the aunt's occult and that's the last time she's had any new options of things to say... I can't talk to the mom about the aunt at all and when I try to charm her at the tennis court it just fizzles

I gather you are on the Apprentice path? if this is the case then since you went the path you chose you have to charm Mother Superior first, so you can charm Angelica.
There is no such dependency for Sofia on the murder path, otherwise try the possession I mentioned
If needed you can use the cheat menu to reset where the charm progress is for mother superior
EDIT: just changed the game. People keep having issues with Aunt Brandi, so I have made it so you can ask Sir Ronald directly or Sarah on the Conspiracy path for the limo. I should also expand some of the notes in the phone to be clearer I would guess.

Answered at least twice recently, she will appear in the general store a couple of times after you defeat Legion

I have changed the walkthrough to be clearer. It does previously instruct you to commune a few times so this was just referring to that particular evening

I've been trying to do a search on here for at least an hour and it seems that something is "broken" with it.
I'm trying to figure out what I'm supposed to do with the ghost in the Hospital basement. I know you could do something in the past, and there doesn't seem to be anything in the walkthrough, or at least I can't seem to find it in all of that wall of text presented to us on it. I've also tried all of the different spells on the ghost and nothing seems to work. Also, I've been having Tracy follow me around in case Jessica tries to get a hold of me again.
Also, I've gone to Sarah's room many times and I never seem to catch her looking out of the window to start the Vampire story. I'm on the Apprentice path. Is there something that needs to happen to trigger that story?
In getting Amy charmed. I've talked to girl Charlie. I've charmed her. I've seen her multiple times. I've talked to Miss Beasley, Kerry Batton and Bambi and gotten all their suggestions. I went to back to the gym after learning about those three options. I got to choose them once, chose the Bambi option, but nothing seems to have happened. And now I never seem to get any of those options whenever I visit Charlie in the gym. As soon as I asked this, Amy showed up in the gym and I charmed her.

Return to the Hotel and the maid Lauren will meet you. Follow her to the pool and speak to her there.
Ask all questions and accept her offer.
Ask Bambi where to find a fine wine bottle.
Walk to the Wild Ranges and search the stones. Use the String & Magnet to get the Rusty Key.
Go to the Sacred Clearing. You are blocked by Officer Adele Ross.
Return to the Hotel Cellar and use the key to get the Wine Bottle.
Go to the Police Station (quickly if it's almost midnight) and order Officer Batton to remove the officer.
If it's still early, go home to your mother's room and ask her for news around town. Otherwise this can be done later.
Return to the Mansion and wait for midnight. You can sit on a fallen stone in the Sacred Clearing for a 30 minute wait.
Cast the Pass spell to enter the Mansion. Talk to Sarah and Lauren and ask everything.
Learn Tuo Duo, the Clairvoyance spell, and cast the Pass spell on the safe to get the Aftane.
NOTE: You can now visit Sarah and Lauren any night in the same way, at the cost of a Pass spell. If you have less than 100$ Sarah will give you 50$ once per night.
NOTE: Next time you meet Sarah Gates, you may have the possibility to ask her why she keeps looking outside. This is a timed event, so don't ask yet.
