Your character is still a student, and your family has been noted to having problems, some financial. Sure Sarah could probably buy you one but few others would have the resources.
More likely it would be 'move into the mansion' as has been suggested before
This only happens if you are nasty to Kate. Did you insult her?
It sounds like you are using an old walkthrough. These scenes for Jessica were changed in the 14.9 release. Make sure you know the training to protect yourself with magic that is taught by Alison. Then do the Seance

No additional stone will be there, had you already got one there? There is one put there once you get the Book but this is well before you would meet Kate
So, out of curiosity , is there a list of all the bad ends?i have those so far: (im keeping it spoiler free so no names just nicase)
-GivingTeacher the book
-Sleeping with your sister while still charmed
-not escaping from house when trapped
-not following the ghost.
-Police
-seance failure
-Not being strong enough to survivehis teachings
-Going outside during the night
-Not using protective stuff when confronting badguy
-That one weird mission where you have to take over someone far away, then drink the potion or just fuck about too much . (Btw, i only ever got tha tmission once, and i only ever needed that spell once, how do i trigger it anyway on a new walkthrough?)
-Feeding vampire too much
-fucking the devil.
im basically collecting all the bad ends because i like bad ends, and i wonder if i missed any? most noteably ones that arent just "you died congratzt"

There was no stone there. Literally met Kate, made plans to meet her at the library, pulled the kite from the tree, and then went to find no stone there twice.

Damn, i need to find them, the elian and the bimbo curse one especially, i d idnt even know there is a bad end for both of those things. Are they routelocked?
Also, i never managed to actually lose the book, howd i go doing that?

You just need to have Hannah imprison her, and then wait a couple of days and return home

These events are common to all paths.
Did you do the ritual with Kurndorf, if you have not previously lost it then you do then
I just got all of them because well as i said i collect them

Certainly there is more planned for Elian for the next major release. Images are awkward as most are of cosplayers and most do not do many images and there are few sexual images available. Still I think I have enough

I am not sure if I medtioned a new bad end, when learning invisibility Kurndorf will ask for payment and if you agree and your defences are limited then he can possess you
i already got that one too. The one i struggle iwth is the miku one because quite frankly i forgot how to unlock abby, or rather it doesnt seem possible on my current savestate anymore
