Specifically what happened? Do you mean she ran away after you tried the Ritual of Return? If so you just did the ritual wrong, make sure you are carrying the relic for instance

No, I can't really tell what happened since I never interacted with her. I charmed Daria first somehow.

You are not supposed to be able to charm Daria before sorting out Leanne. That is the problem you have. She is just simply not rescuable/charmable now.
Please load from a save game from before charming Daria or use the cheat menu to put Daria into one of her pre-charm states

Hmmm.... Just a small problem here. After doing a bit of leanne's event, she is now currently in mother superior's. When i try to enter the room to save her, mother superior just blocks my way and chases me away. What am i missing here? Can anyone help plzzz?? Even the invisibility spell doesn't seem to work

there a bug in the cheat menu when i try to click the charm on ellie it does do anything cuz im trying to get the scene at the construction side

If i remember correctly you dont need to charm Ellie to get to the construction site. you can ask the mayor for the key or 'Pass' through the gate.

Yes there is something going wrong with the cheat menu for her, I am not sure what is wrong there. I will check. Meanwhile you could
1) open the Javascript console (usually hit F12 and select the console tab)
2) type
findPerson("Ellie").unCharmThem()
EDIT: found the issue. The work around I note above is not needed, uncharming her in the cheat menu works, it is just showing the wrong information, it does work

Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but the walkthrough actually has the wrong instructions.
"Make sure the hexagram in the Hidden Room is attuned and you have learned the Precision Transition training, otherwise you won't be able to progress. You should leave the Catholic Relic in the Hidden Room."

I'm trying to save Leanne.
I have everything checked off in the requirements on my phone and I have spoken to everyone, I think. I didn't take advantage of Leanne as a thrall in the graveyard. I have already possessed Mother Superior and had sex with Leanne and to get the Rosary. However, when I try and go into Mother Superior's room to get her, the nun kicks me out.
I have tried charming Mother Superior, but then Leanne isn't in the room after.
Stuck here. Anyone know what I might be missing?

You need to possess Mother Superior a second time about 1 day later. Then you can get Leanne out and charm Mother Superior
How did you charm Mother Superior?

Charming her was easy. Headed to the sacred clearing, used the rosary, then possessed her and made her punish Desiree. Then I just walked into her room (Desiree is tied up) then charmed her. Leanne wasn't there.
As for possessing Mother Superior a second time, the only options I get are "Remember sex with Thrall", "Dress in my room" and "Punish Desiree" or something like that. None of these seem to make any difference to me being able to enter the room without her stopping me.

Possess her the second time is what you did. You need to rescue Leanne before doing the second possession
After the second if you do not charm Mother Superior you cannot re-enter the room
Do you have a save game before doing the second possession? If so please post it (use save to file) but please just try again from that point and do the rescue then

I can't remember precisely, but I needed to posses her to get the relic, and there was also the sex with Leanne. What happens in the second possession then?
EDIT: I don't have a save that goes that far back.
Is there a flag code I can use to cheat?

Leanne is difficult to do via the cheat menu. You need to move her and alter flags and uncharm her. In practice try again another game or just charm her in the cheat menu and move her to her home, see
