location 1000 usually means he is in-transit and a later event will have him appear as needed in the story

Is this triggered by asking Beasly about Davy's location, which will be room 101 in the hotel?
If so, I'd have know that before freeing Kate in her room.

Is there a way I can consolidate singular save files into groups (so i can load all saves from file)?
Bugs:
You try to meditate but as you do [ _________ <---- (Ms. Titus name missing)] is feeling lonely and tried to attract your attention back to her. It is impossible to meditate, you will have to try this another time when she is not around.

Currently no, when you use 'save to file' it saves the data in a compressed format. If you use 'save all to file' it uses an uncompressed format
Not a bug, just visit her home when she is at work
I will check these other issues

Currently you should hold off asking people about Davy until you meet Kate again. If you want her as an uncharmed girlfriend then you must free her at every opportunity
More a matter of inspiration and inages. She has a limited range of sex scenes available, and I have used most I can find. Other scenes are just a matter of an idea.
Thank you, but honestly I'm out of ideas. Kate gets charmed immediately (according to her character page) after I speak to and free her near at the park, with her storming off. Both She and Davy are in transit after this and she doesn't show up anywhere else. Waiting doesn't change this. I've either done something terribly wrong or I've missed the triggers already. The only thing left to do would be to deal with Davy.
I'm running into a bug that I didn't see in earlier versions. When I've given various options to click, sometimes (always happens with Kate in the library) the clicks no longer work. Game is frozen.

There are two opportunities to free Kate, the one you describe is the last one. You must of missed the earlier opportunity, commonly it happens if Mrs Granger gets shot at the museum but it is possible otherwise.
The second time has several options but the first does not.
After the encounter there is no other meeting, waiting has no effect, you have to deal with Davy and confront him. Depending Kate will leave town or go into hiding, it depends on what she says after defeating Davy
If she is hostile to you then you can still charm her but you cannot get her as an uncharmed girlfriend
If she is uncertain you can get her as a friend or charm her
That's the thing, I did follow the walkthrough's direction, waited for Mrs. Granger to get shot, comforted Kate and then I freed her with the silver ring.
She then showed up at the park and I waited until I was 'ready' for Davy, then freed her after asking her about Davy. This should be the surefire way to get it right, but it doesn't work out for some reason.

According to your save you did not meet her at her home after studying with her at the library. (flags 1,2,11 are not set). This is necessary for the uncharmed girlfriend case. You can only charm her with that save

If you are comfortable with the cheat menu, you could set the flags I noted for Kate and then talk to Kate and free her.

Maybe when you have time you can update the portraits of the people in the cheat/chatting menu to display whether they have been charmed or not; i can see it has been done for a lot of them but for some there is only one image which is often inaccurate based on their charm status:
(Images below are based off of endgame save v 14.11h, looking at them through cheat menu, portraits may be different compared to before charmed but doubt)

As a side note, I like it when you add the person's portrait inside their chat bubble when they are speaking sometimes... For example with Mrs. Granger, etc., maybe you can implement that some more with some other characters

i like how some charmed characters can be used for tasks / adding new slaves, for example tracy charmed by davy book stealing scene was really nice, also the new town hall recruits, Bambi hotel manager, victoria diane white etc..
Just overall making the mind control charm spell seem more realistic
A suggestion to maybe make the game easier would to have Kristin bank manager give you $$$ when you charm her, like what BolognaMod did
