The story is pretty fun so far. Kinda interesting that the mc seems to sorta go the route of Kurndorf but better (or not, depends on how things resolve of course). Will there eventually be a way to completely charm the demon and vampire? or will it always be a matter of keeping your wits about you?

Nothing more complete is planned for Lilith or Elian, they are dangerous and you have to be careful
Another small fix is due shortly, once I fix a bug or two, no clear idea when 14.12 say will be released

The side panel is still to tiny, but the rest is not what I saw once I tried to run it. What could be wrong these games usually just work "out of the box" Does it not like the Chrome browser?Yeah, those things are definitely not present in the game that I played. Maybe take a screenshot so people can tell exactly what's going wrong on your end and compare it to their own experiences. Did you look at the screenshots in the first post? Because that shows what the game should look like:

I used extra thick red in case you miss the pluses in the corner to bring out the sidebars.

Yes. At least, definitely for gay and incest content, and I believe it's the case for pregnancy. I think the pregnancy only shows up in the ending, though, and I'm not sure if there's a clear way to say "I don't want any of the girls to be pregnant in the ending". The ending is just a series of individual pictures of characters with a blurb saying what happened to them at the end of the game, though, not a full-length finale story or anything like that.
Edit: Also, lesbian content is pretty hard to avoid if you play as a woman, but that probably goes without saying.

These are a matter of choice, do not charm a relative as a lover, though I note your cousin and aunt have no other option, so you would have to ignore them
Gay is a matter of not choosing the few males as lovers or choosing sex scenes, one has a clear option when you charm them.
Pregnancy is gated by the choice of how you charm Miss Logan. To disable do not charm her as a breeder

Incest basically means having a sexual relationship within your own family
For eg. in this game you can play as the son and can have a sexual relationship with your mother and sister.
REMEMBER it is always avoidable if you don't like it
