I did this and nothing changed for that save. Does this mean I'm going to have to back up to a save from earlier?

And it's weird because I downloaded and added the updated 14.12b patch, maybe an hour before I ran into the problem and posted, so well after you'd updated the patch.

I just loaded your save with the game running 14.12b and no problems, it opens with you in the hospital

I checked and we are using the same compiled file from my version and the 14.12b update. Cases in the past with people having issues like this were mostly they extracted the archive wrong. Check if you now have a new folder in your game 'Update 14.12b', you should not

It wasn't a misapplication of the patch. I overwrote files in 4 different folder. I tried Both the Mega and the anonfile links in the OP. So something is diffferent in the one you linked here, because that fixed it. Sorry I didn't notice this earlier because I would have tried it.

BTW, when I left the room after talking to Sir Ronald about the ritual (after meeting Sarah for the first time), Lauren never stopped me and took me upstairs. That's not going to block progress with her or Sarah, is it?

It will not block but please remember Lauren is meant to be difficult to charm if that is what you are trying to do, there are limited opportunities and you need to get offered the spare room, generally by being stuck at night fall

The last version or 2, I never seemed to have Lauren appear after that initial meeting when I first entered the Estate. But asking Sir Ronald about locking his doors at night seems to have opened everything up. I had been holding off because I didn't want to accidentally start the Vampire portion.

It is possible but it is large amount of work, given it is based on an old version of the game 14.8.4 and there are a large number of model changes

A work in progress version has been posted at the Hypnopics Collective but it implement a small amount of the changes

Hi all
there is a bug if you try to visit the basement of the Mansion. There is no reason really to go there, a bowl for hydromancy but nothing else. Just avoid until I post a new fix

Feel like i'm pretty stuck...

I have mother superiors rosary but can't take possession of her, the walkthrough said to go to the sacred circle but i can't get there due to the cop at ronalds
The walkthrough said the cops at the police station would help me with the cop at ronalds but nothings triggered
The cop is amys friend but i didn't use the silver ring on her when i got my book back and can't seem to bump into her anywhere. I thought maybe learning hypnotism from mr beasly might bring amy back to the game, but i'm stuck on the mom party her and amy are always together and i can 't figure out what to do. They have just gone holiday together. I brought the hypnotism book from the trader and read it and got an initial lesson from beasely.

Where is camryn?

I'm stuck with Kellie, I told her about the new test and need to catch her cheating, but shes only at the bridge. I thought the hint earlier in the game said i had to catch her at school at night but I can't get anything to trigger at the school/ had to cast the pass spell outside the school

I have defeated Kolgorn and have him in a crystal. Can i free the witch?

Amy will only return much later, you must resolve
- freeing her and Catherine from Mr Beasley, Visit again, you should see a similar scene. Or charm Mr Beasley
- Camryn's store will start on a sunday after a certian time in the game, but you need to know the Possession spell and have resolved some other events
- You can free Jessica, talk to Hannah

I definitely have a new respect for how hard it must be to make a real porn game after starting my own. I constantly find myself thinking, damn it, why can't these 2 babes ever do a scene together, how the hell has she NEVER done a shower scene, etc... Kudos on the great work so far.

Yeah I found similar problems, I had to resort at times to
- using similar looking models and where their faces are less distinct (looking away or angled etc)
- using some fakes/headswap edited

On the hard murder path, can't seem to get Anita anywhere after capturing Davy/charming Kate. Waited a week in game afterwards and did some walking around but not getting any kind of SMS or flags. Looking in the cheat menu it seems like she's stuck in 0(0) location.

I've been trying to stay away from using different models for the same character, but I will admit to doing that for 1 girl I found really hot that really only did a couple of dorm videos that didn't go as far as I would have liked. Found another girl who looks pretty similar (both in build and her face) to use as a stand in for a later scene where things go further, but like you mentioned you kind of have to make sure the video is shot from an angle where you can't tell for sure if the face is the same girl.

For the main character I don't even try to maintain consistency. He body swaps constantly to other male actors. I figured the girls are what people really care about. So in my game the MC is played by like 10 different actors who all look completely different but with the exception of that 1 girl I mentioned above, all of my girls are consistently the same actress.

I do not think there was or at least I do not recall. There is the option for the inventory to be a popup, where there is a bag icon on the left sidebar. This can be toggled in the phone apps.

This would allow both items/spells and phone to be open at once. Beyond that it is not a easy change to view both I will have a check but do not hold your breath, at best it will be the next version, not bug fixes for 14.12

I will have a look at the image gallery layout, that is a easier change but I will need to check more

So, I tried that, and while this would fulfill the Layout-Request I had, opening the Inventory from the left sidebar force-closes the Phone for me, and it doesn't re-open on its own when closing the inventory again. Is there a Setting for that, i. e. to force the Phone to remain open when not closing it manually by clicking on the Button in the Left sidebar?

So in my game the MC is played by like 10 different actors who all look completely different but with the exception of that 1 girl I mentioned above, all of my girls are consistently the same actress.

Generally for the player I have been cropping images to not show their face.

Using videos I have generally tried to use POV style ones or crop the video to again hide the face. This though is a question of the nature of the scenes wanted, A Spell For All just uses short loops up to 30 seconds mostly much shorter
