I can't seem to end the game. I refused to end it when it was first offered, so I know I've done everything I need to, but when I talk to Tess Sunday night I don't get any option to see the ending.

As long as you refused to end initially then any Sunday night you can
- talk to Tess in your bedroom (not anywhere else like the Adam's home)
- talk to Tracy anywhere
then an option
"talk about relaxing from your exploration"
will be shown

It's just not showing up for me. I know that I remember refusing to end initially, and as far as I can tell from the guide I've mind controlled literally everyone in the game that's available as of yet, so I should be good.

If the option appeared previously and you decided to continue (the there must be other things to do option) then the choice should appear.

A work around, either
- open the javascript console and type
perYou.setFlag(38)
or
- open the cheat menu, select view people, locate yourself. In toggle flag type 38 and click the link
leave the room and re-enter

Did you make arrangements for the witch (in the hotel cellar)? You can free her or not, but you have to do SOMETHING with her.

After turning off my PC and trying again after coming back later, the option is showing up now. I have no idea why that did anything, as I changed absolutely NOTHING else, but I'm still a bit mad that I didn't think to try rebooting before I posted here o_O

So anyways, sorry for bothering you, and thanks for the help.

so much moonlogic
Agreed, especially in the puzzles. I'm not sure what I missed but Kate just disappeared when I didn't visit her immediately - I'm guessing Davy had something to do with it but the walkthrough stops mentioning her too. Without checking the walkthrough, I might feel like I'd accidentally locked myself out of a lot of content, but that doesn't seem to be the case as, like I said, she disappears from that too.

Photographs seemed to duplicate themselves on the phone quite a lot. I could delete most of the copies but one copy of the current wallpaper looks permanent.

I found that unless I used the walkthrough, I was probably going to miss things. For example - the walkthrough says to leave the librarian after charming her. My instinct would have been to go all the way. When charming Kate's mother, leaving at different points changes which "version" of her you get, but there's no indication that that's even a feature or what each version entails. Even in the walkthrough, it isn't made obvious what the difference between "MILF Slave" and "MILF Slut" are. Is one loyal while the other cheats on us, or is one a brainwashed robot while the other acts more human? Once you've charmed her, the walkthrough explicitly says not to send her after the dragon gem, but that would be my natural choice having seen the option there. If sending her to look at that time locks us out of content, the option shouldn't be there and highlighted in the same blue that unlocks content most of the time.

The puzzles seem pretty arcane, with the maths puzzles in Kate's homework requiring a pretty specific combination of random operations that I was never going to figure out, and I still don't understand the "sequence" in the animals question on the phone. I only got the 5 and 9 question correct because I saw the answer in the drop-down, I wouldn't have even realised it was an option otherwise.

Considering that the phone call between the sister and Davy suggests that you have a limited time to deal with him, I think that the "spam everyone with charm and see what sticks" approach isn't great - you need a lot of clicking around looking for targets and stones which all takes time. Some of the cases in which the charm doesn't work make sense, like with the sister, but for others I don't get it - if you try it on the mother you just get told not to, and the spell just fizzles on the shopkeeper.

Most of the replies here say that there's a lot of content, and the reviews are good, so maybe there's something that I'm just not getting, but it feels like without the walkthrough I would just be wandering aimlessly until something happens.

Depending on how far you are she might be with Davy or have skipped town.

You can't delete the current wallpaper ya.

That works too.

You can just come back (another day) and recharm her differently.

I always do, but there are other ways to get it. And you do kind of want to lay some groundwork first.

When you start the game - or maybe even in your phone mid-game you can choose to be really good at puzzles (it doesn't even bother to ask you) or enable 1-move rewind. Either of these will make the puzzles trivial.

I'm pretty sure he won't turn up early in any sort of disastrous way.

Maybe there should be some sort of hint that this will happen, rather than having it happen in the background silently and lock that storyline.

If I'm racing Davy, I want it to be made more obvious. He's obviously a creep and competing with you, I only found out that he was actively trying to get me after getting the bad end for letting the sister share the bed. I shouldn't be finding out major plot features by getting raped and having to restart. I originally hadn't tried to charm her yet, so I didn't know that she was under his control, and I just rolled with it because every time I'd seen her before that she was simply a massive slut.

I wouldn't think to do this without having read the walkthrough to find out that there are different personalities.

That doesn't solve the problem of the puzzles acting on arcane logic, it just avoids it. I'll probably turn it on because I haven't enjoyed any of the puzzles I've faced so far, but it's a shame because I do like good puzzles.

Well, when the MC thinks to himself that he has a few days before Davy comes for him, I don't think I can be blamed for believing him.

I just realized this game has the transformation tag, but I don't recall transformation ever actually being a thing in this game unless you stretch the term thin and include pregnancy and the one or two times you possess someone.

You can change some of the men into women with the Transform spell.

You can learn the transform spell from the Gold Worm and after the Ritual with Kurndorf you can cast it. There are a range of changes but they are specific to characters, so some supported by specific characters
- Breast Expansion
- become Futa
- Male to Female
- Female to Male
- complete change of appearance (ie change model)
Using the mirror on the hidden room you can also cast the spell on yourself

A few general comments here, the walkthrough gives a particular path through the game mentioning alternative at times, but the game is fairly flexible and there are limited cases you can be locked out of content. Many events like say Kate appearing again are tried to the progression of events in the game not the passage of time in the game. Some things are time related but mostly are linked to progression of things like seances, rituals and charming key people.

Many events like say the Dragon Gem store and Mrs Granger have multiple different versions, though others have just a single approach. If there are options you can save the game and try the different options after all.

A lot of the information/narrative you get, including the notes in your phone are based on the perspective of your character and what they have learned NOT what is actually the case! So they may perceive urgency at times, but for instance Davy is cautious, and will send others to try to deal with you. While he has power and knowledge it is limited by his nature, obsession with Kate and the control Kurndorf has over him.

Otherwise sorry you have not enjoyed the game, I will review some of the points you have made and see if any extra comments or notes would help. Like say noting about Leanne's emotional turmoil blocking the spell, or emphasising your reluctance to turn your mother into a sex slave

Ultimately it's your game, I'm not going to sit here and tell you how to make it. You've achieved a really good rating, so obviously you're doing something right. I did feel a bit lost, but maybe the walkthrough being one method of completing the game as opposed to the only one sent me down the wrong tracks.

Maybe the puzzles aren't for me, but out of the four I've encountered I only intuitively got one - the radio quiz's maths puzzle. Kate's squares and triangles were too convoluted for me to get without sitting for a while trying increasingly long chains of random mathematical operators (which, no offence, I'm not doing for a porn game) and even knowing the answer to the radio quiz's animals puzzle I don't understand it. I don't like playing with cheats but I think I'll have to turn the puzzle cheat on for this game.

The only thing that seems to be an objective issue rather than a preference or a skill issue on my part is the duplication of pictures in the camera roll - I found that I would have two or three of the same image quite often even though I only ever clicked the save button once on any given image. I think that the SMS interface would work better if it was closer to a real phone, with one conversation visible at a time and a back button to see all the possible conversations that can be opened. I also wouldn't mind being able to travel to locations via the map app instead of clicking through every street, but based on a quick flick through the last few pages it seems you've already decided against it - something to consider if you ever come back to the topic of movement, perhaps.

This is already available in the game. When you start a game select the option
"Once you have been somewhere you can quickly walk back there using your map"
and of course you can use the teleport spell without that option
