I have gotten Hannah to break open the vase to get the Dragon Gem, but I can't get access to it again because Hannah went to Camryn's apartment, and I can't solve her problem because I am locked out of the Sacred Clearing

Edit: I forgot to mention that when I ask Monique she says: "I know the place, but it is not open now and Hannah won't open it especially for you. When it is open come back and ask me then, I can help you!” But then after that the button reappears and just says the same thing, which doesn't really change much

You are blocked here, without cheating load an earlier save game. Sorry an unusual path you have followed here and I have not handled it in the game. Cheating is tricky here, easiest is to add the shielded spell allowing you to proceed. Note: easiest way to learn shielded charm, hit F12 select the javascript console, type
perYou.extra[3] = setBitFlag(perYou.extra[3], 9);
or just open the cheat menu, View items and in 'add item' type
shielded charm
and click the link

I will check your save and try to work out a way to prevent this situation

I have changed the game for this block, you can now send Hannah home/to the shop after agreeing to save Camryn and picking up the pendant
Additionally changed so you can ask Hannah to visit the shop out of hours from her apartment. I may do this for other places where you have the shop owner charmed to allow shopping etc

This will allow you to learn the shielded charm spell

Otherwise without cheating use you top save with Mrs Granger, immediately go to the police station and charm Officer Batton as she is on her own there
