Ran into a problem with the Murder path and starting the Séance. As I understand I'm supposed to Charm Sarah and get the blue bottle, and I did that but there's no blue bottle anywhere to be found.

There is no requirement for the blue bottle for the Seance. It is one thing that can be used to defeat Davy there there is something else.
Mrs Robbins can also give the bottle, check with her

Check the bottom of the credits page in your phone it lists model names for them

Mainly pictures but there are videos at times from the start for various scenes, they vary from character to character but are in a minority

Is there a specific setting for the videos to play? As I think I have come across a few but they aren’t playing and look like a picture

They should always play automatically. Do you have any browser addon's affecting video play back?

cast teleport in a location with a marker and choose to attune rather than travel when it asks.

2 minor issues: Tracy/Casey/tracy0a.jpg is not Casey Calvert
teleporting to Amaranth Pl doesn't work (it fails isPlaceKnown check). I enscribed it as soon as I was able to.

FYI If you waited too long helping Sarah with the Vampyre, you can reset the counter, as follows:

When it comes to charming Lauren, does it matter if you didn’t do the first one after asking why they lock the gates at night?

Having issues when possess Gina, that I can unpossess her

Even when back to an earlier save to retry it, in case I did something I wasn't supposed to, and it still doesn't work.

The possession spell disappears from the sidebar, I click on the image top left and all it does it happen that sidebar

Not really sure what else to do

Who teaches you to mediate? So that we can do it at the pond?

FYI If you waited too long helping Sarah with the Vampyre, you can reset the counter, as follows:

Or just use the cheat menu, there are options lists to reset these events

No, that no longer matters, just do so in one of the 'date' sort of events like going to the gym or pool with her.

Please remember in the version there is a downside to charming her, Sir Ronald can discover it and will eject you permanently from the mansion. You can avoid this but it means essentially avoid him

Open your inventory and for the spell there will be an option to end the spell

There is no right decision, pick the one you like. Save and try them out
