with all the moved/cheats it is difficult to know what to advise here, the events you describe are not faulty, I have no reports of issues. In some cases you are just being impatient, for instance the events for Lilith happen later on, not immediately on charming Sarah. Other events in the game will enable.

I did 2 things. Moved Kate from hotel to park, and reset Lilith. You don't have to rub it, I feel bad enough about cheating anyway.
And Lilith part was because I was in turn 15k+, Sarah was charmed in like turn 5k and absolutely nothing was happening into town. No more humans to charm, only supernatural beings.

Speak to Kate any time you see her, and try to free her, never move her using the cheat menu. Other events will move her and make her available

Let's reiterate a bit. Help Kate with math / Win bet / Her mom is shot / Go to her house, comfort & use ring on her / Kate goes to park (where I avoid talking to her til I'm ready to take out Davy). That moment use ring again, declare love & other crap. Not exactly rocket science. But if she is NO longer in the park, I can't speak to her. And if she's stuck in hotel room with Davy, the moment I enter, it triggers the confrontation between me and him - without the planning in the bar lounge part.

For Keana you need to have sex a couple of times, until at least you do so with her in her nurses uniform, then options open up

That's an odd thing to put it politely. So given the option to bang a supernatural thing, the PC natural decision is to go for it instead of researching the possible outcomes.

You can only kill Lilith on the murder path, and only before she becomes your, so during the exchange process with Sarah

Yeah, I get that after I went thru 300 forum pages. Like I said, the problem was I had no more people to charm in town and Sarah "darkness" dialogue was not triggering. But resetting Lilith put me in the "two choices scene" (I'll protect you / How much time do we have) without her providing me addition information or even asking for the book.

It seems I have to start over again if I want a clean, free of cheats complete playthrough.


Thank you for your patience, dude. I know I was annoying af with my questions, but I need to finish the game to put my mind to rest. Sorry, I'm weird that way a "completionist". If in a game I have a single quest uncompleted it drives me insane.

Later edit. Changing 0 to 1 at Vampyre "other toggles" did the trick. I had conversation with Sarah about darkness, then the story unfolded itself.

I wish it was an option to unleash Lilith on certain NPCs and have them eliminated (preferably painful and messy), but you can't have all, right? Besides there are more than 5 so it is what it is.

Check the apps in your phone, there is an option for where the inventory is show

I think I fucked it - I met Anita in the general store at the beginning of the game and now, ages later, I actually know what to do with her but now she's not spawning.
I can't seem to get to some other characters either. There seems to be a lot of missable content.

Anita appears twice in the general store, but after those if you do not charm her she is gone

I think it's actually possible to use Pass in a certain room (the French teacher's room?) to find her even when she's supposed to be gone, though I imagine it's not intentional since you'd have no reason to think to do that. I forget exactly how it happened, since it was a long time ago, but I remember thinking, "There's no way that's what I was supposed to do there..."

In one of the storylines she is actively trying to kill you if I remember correctly and after her failure you investigate her and find leads into that room, stroy wise the door is locked and you need to pass in order to surprise attack her.
Gues that Option is available on every storypath though

That is on the murder path, on the apprentice path the general store is the place to find and charm her

here,its soft murder and i think its full save, but sometimes I use the cheat function to reset girls, so be careful

Depending on the Path you are, you either need the antagonist go into hiding or meet with the Vampiress as far as I recall

thanks for the quick answer, I've done the seance and she is still there... I'll try to progress to see if I manage with the second option you proposed.

BTW I also can't call people... only zoey and madison... don't know why... the first game I played I could but now I can't.

Who you can call is depending on Time and Place, usually. Not everyone is available everywhere and at all times (Don't think there is a definitive list anywhere tho). Zoey and Madison are the ones more or less available all the (Day-)time and most Places, so check out other places. The Pool should have the most Choices, check it out, if the calls don't work there, you might have a deeper Issue.
