I haven't played A Spell For All yet and am getting ready to start.

I was curious about the Ava Addams and Shawna Leene patch .
Is there any reason I should or should not use this patch?
Does it mess up the story line? Just curious abt the change and stuff.

They do not affect the story in any way. They are effectively just cosmetic allowing you to have those porn stars used for the characters. They are optional mods as the models are used elsewhere in the game so it is odd having two characters using the same model

I think the new version is ready, though I would like to run a quick beta test at the Hypnopics Collective. Really just a basic check of some of the listed changes

I have story events planned around Jessica and Kurndorf as a 'true' end of the game, but nothing much else.

At the moment this release is quite small as I noted related to my limited time related to my accident and recovery from it.

There is no easy file of strings to run through a translator so it would be a prohibitive amount of work to translate

while the beta is essentially finished I have received a few bugs reports and was not feeling well today.

I am aiming to release an update only version tomorrow

what if we added compatibility with google translator instead, because google translator can translate pages when they're on the internet, so we could just adapt it to stop it giving some errors (sometimes it gives an error and you have to deactivate the translator and then activate it again for the translation to work).

You quoted the wrong post there.

I am not sure what to do to fix Googel translator I will see if I can get it working but suspect it will be difficult. We already include the basic lang tag for the <html> element identifying the pages as in English

No such spell in the game, and no intention of adding something like it. In general the game does tell you things to do around significant events and the notes in your phone can also give pointers

Is there any particular case or cases where you were unable to work out what to do and ran around in circles? I can always add some additional hints or notes

can anybody tell me if the big mod pack from bologna44 has actual better/more content? Its obvious much bigger than the main game so i dont know what to choose without looking the files up and spoiling myself. thx

Finally!! A new update!! This still remains one of the best games and I have followed for years!
