When is she supposed to spawn there? I only know the park or the school - unless you station her at the hotel or your room at home...

This happens only on the Apprentice paths, and only once you deal with Legion (defeat or she leaves town). She will be there the next time you visit the store (and can return the following day)

This is an error with an image name, probably from well before version 14.17. For now please rename
Images/People/Ash/Explicit/ashrideb.mp4
to
Images/People/Ash/Explicit/ashrideba.mp4

I'm still not getting the construction site to appear despite having installed the update.

I have visited the ross house on Every hour of every day but I just cant trigger Adele Ross stopping me

May I have some advice on the matter?

I an not aware of any issue if you are running 14.17c as you say. Can you please post me your save to check

I have tried but I ahve always the error " The spell refuses to work here.". I have shielded charm spell,. I have checked using cheat menu and the girlds are charmed but it does not work

The save worked fine for me with 14.17c, I visited the Ross house and got the triggering event. Please double check you are actually using 14.17c according to your save it was saved using 14.17 or 14.16 as in the Javascript console after loading it notes
save type = 33
Games saved with 14.17a or later will note 34 as the type

A common issue applying these sort of updates is accidentally unzipping the update into a subfolder of the game not into the root folder (where index.html is)

You still need to cast the Possession spell in the Sacred Clearing or maybe the Hidden Room if it is a place of power. Shielded Charm has nothing to do with this, this is a change to the Possession spell

Alright I made sure to copypasta everything from 17c into the 17 folder and overwrote everything. Went to Yoolaroo, nothing showed up related to the construction site. What am I doing wrong?

First you need to visit the Ross house, and get stopped by Adele, then a phone call from Catherine will open the construction site

This all worked fine for me with your save
