I dont know. There are still a bunch of quests that need to be finished before we should go to Kirlec. Unless the dev is treating Kirlec like the Monastery that Kate and Claire return with the MC when he returns back to the main hub. How is the dev writing into the script for Kate and her children? Is she just going to leave them at the orphanage or is she going to take them with her?
The dream system looks promising. I don't want to play 30+ hours for NTR content, but I can play that amount for non-ntr content, I still wish to see those NTR scenes if possible without starting a new playthrough. Hopefully, we can see missed/different path scenes in Dreams with future updates, not just one-time scenes.
Em, AFAIK, its only for the scenes that are not repeatable. NTR isn't included.

kirlec thou is kinda what one would call chapter 2 of the game. To my understanding thou their is no cut off to the other quests. you can do them when you please.
Also like the other quests not all have hold overs or story relations to them. For instence all of tias quest but the end (final update for her. Not out yet) will not matter for kirlec, same gos for Bianca as they have vary little to nothing to do with kirlec or the war. on the other hand kirlec cannot be reached withought Kate’s quest (as of now) and ophilias quest line is why the gates are closed.
ariannas and gwens will have big impact when reached As their main story
Mira will be skirting around kirlec till probably late game
penny will probably have something to do with kirlec once the farmstead plot line starts
lyvias quesline will be importent everywhere
Emily’s storys done
frishas, veranna and barons family story will probably stay in arnsfiel
malissa will have to go back to collage
orcs and ruhma will probably just stay there till end game
and the queen/revolution plotlines will have huge impacts on kirlec
most will end up in kirlec but not everyone based off my knowledge

You mean Chapter 3, because we are already in Chapter 2 unless of course the dev decides to change Chapter 1 to the prologue and Chapter 2 to Chapter 1 because right now Chapter 1 plays more like a Prologue than an actual Chapter, also you forget about the ladies at the monastery and if I am not mistaken but didnt Verana mention she wanted to return to Kirlec at some point? It's too bad that all of the LI's stories end with their pregnancy.
