Dunno. We might ask Chyos.Hi, first of all Thank you for all the event list. I saved everything on the game folder notepad. So that I always have everything present. I was wondering, can I activate the events, simply by changing the date on the PC?
Because having restarted the game from scratch a few days ago, I don't know if I'll be able to finish the October event.
And I was wondering, if I could change the date on the PC to avoid the wait. Otherwise I just have to wait for the months to pass in the game
From what I understand, the various events are activated either with the months in the game, or with the real months.
Thank you
The answer is in Mira's quest. You need to talk to Emily and she will give the task to get wood and food for dinner: now you can ask Tia for wood. How do you start Tia's quest?
The walkthrough says: "Talk to her (lust < 80) to chop wood, repeat (if Affection < 2 she will need another round of chopping).
After your strength increase from chopping trees you now know how to do this. There is an axe near the old ruins on a stump. With it you are now able to cut trees in the forest. "
However, at any time of day and any level of lust she just says "Sorry I'm busy right now...". You cannot talk to her while she's in her hut either. Getting the axe changes nothing. Attempting to chop wood before starting her quest just return: "Maybe I should talk to someone who knows about this first". Cheating to get more strength changes nothing.
I found multiple posts in this thread asking similarly, but no answers.
See, there's multiple "messes" and you don't even realise it.but this whole mess came up because people keep asking why the IC tag is no longer around, and for that this explanation is all we have.
See, there's multiple "messes" and you don't even realise it.
This one has nothing to do with people asking a question, and everything to do with something you said.
What you call "step cest" in this game,

aside from being a nonsense joke that's a nod to "not incest" porn, is not the case in this game at all, because you don't actually understand what step family is, despite it being explained to you.
Marcus and Emily weren't married, so Mira and the MC are never step-siblings regardless of whether or not the MC is Marcus' son.
Even in the case of step family where the parents aren't married, Marcus and the MC did not live with Emily and her children in the same household.
When the player chooses to have Mira and the MC both being Marcus' children, they are half-siblings, which means they are biologically related, therefore incest.
Now, F95 adopting a similar stance to the laws of some countries does not make their definition correct.
In fact it only serves to regard the tag system as a guideline and not "letter of the law".
The asnwer to relations between ingame and realtime dates is Yes.Hi, first of all Thank you for all the event list. I saved everything on the game folder notepad. So that I always have everything present. I was wondering, can I activate the events, simply by changing the date on the PC?

Sounds like a sure fire way to kill your save.I'm creating another post, because it has nothing to do with the previous post. And I don't want to create a mess.
I wanted to ask your a question about the saves in the game.
I still have the old version in my folder: 0.5.8.0 (where if you go into the woods you can update weapons and armor).
What happens if I load a save from version 0.5.8.7 into 0.5.8.0? And using the weapon update, are slots added to the weapons safe? Will the save be corrupted? Or can I then reload it in version 0.5.8.7 and continue from there? (basically so that I can update some weapons, which unfortunately the game continues to give me without slots). I'm talking about event weapons, not craftable ones.
The thing is, the game loaded the save without any problem, maybe because the save is still at the beginning of the game, where the plot hasn't been shaped yet. The problems will come when I get to new content, I think. For now I'll try to see what happens, also because my real save is not this one. I'm just replaying to refresh my memory, since I had stopped for a while and since then a lot of updates have come out.Sounds like a sure fire way to kill your save.
Going upwards from an older Version with safes is likely tested and fine, but going backwards should be impossible as the save game will have variables that the older game Version should not have and hencefore break either on load or after saveing again.
I doubt anyone definately has tried something like this but the logic should be sound.
A Struggle With Sin only saves inside the game folder (www/save), much like most RPGM games.orry to ask this but: Can you tell me where the save location is?
I do not mean the one in the game folder (www/save) i have save the game on an external hard drive.
But the real one, where it is? Because i always do a backup. But i notiche, that also without a save folder, the game have save file somewhere else. Do you know the real location of the save file?
Is that good or bad?A Struggle With Sin only saves inside the game folder (www/save), much like most RPGM games.
The only RPGM games I've seen having external saves (in OS folders) are the games from NLT media.
The game saving in the C Drive/User/Appdata/ vs inside the www/saveWhich part?
It's both good and bad, depending on how you look at it.The game saving in the C Drive/User/Appdata/ vs inside the www/save
In the past Chyos experimented with a save locations in the users Appdata folder... but that didn't go well.Sorry to ask this but: Can you tell me where the save location is?

Thank you for the info, as i can see the readme refers to the v0.3.9.5a.In the past Chyos experimented with a save locations in the users Appdata folder... but that didn't go well.
You might want to check that location still (see attached file from the save folder)
I think the thing that is tripping you up is the %LOCALAPPDATA%Thank you for the info, as i can see the readme refers to the v0.3.9.5a.
But the first time I discovered and started playing this title in the v0.5.0.5, so i think i do not have any folder on C:\
But I still feel a bit confused about the location, because even if I try to use all the variables, I still can't find such a path on PC: %LOCALAPPDATA%\User Data\Default\A Struggle With Sin
Generally all the game i find on F95 use some sort of: C:\Users\PC Name\AppData\LocalLow or Local or Roaming. I never see "Default" perhaps is on some different operating system or different configuration.
Anyway Thank you for the info and the advice

%LOCALAPPDATA% is a Windows Jumpmark bringing you directly to C:\Users\*Username*\AppData\Local (or what ever letter your main partition has)I think the thing that is tripping you up is the %LOCALAPPDATA%
For NLT media games the path to the savefiles is "C: \Users\<Your User Name>\AppData\Local\User Data"
So if you have old saves of ASWS in your system it should be here "C: \Users\<Your User Name>\AppData\Local\User Data\Default\A Struggle With Sin"
