So what does the transformation tag entail in this game? Is it just there for mental transformation or is there physical transformation?

There's a LOT of mental transformation (you can make girls super slutty if you feed them your cum) and there's one bit character with some physical transformation (big tits basically).
Extract it and replace it with original package file. You will have option in menu as "debug", you can change almost anything from there like affection, corruption, counter.
