Hey guys.

Trying to start up Liandra's NTR path but i'm stuck on the "spying on Giron/Dave in the study" step
Giron just keeps telling Dave he's wasting their time.

Do i have to do it at a certain time? wait an amount of days?
Is there a spot to spy other than behind the bookcase?

Thanks.

At which point did you arrive?
If it’s still with Frisha then you have to spy them after dinner, as they say in the dialogues, then check again and wait a few days for the arrival of the King and then check again.

If it is after Frisha, they literally tell you that Liandra will arrive in a few days, even the questlog tells you to wait

I already did all the Frisha, King, cave, and bandit stuff. Liandra's already in the mansion and hanging out in her room.

They just don't want to about Liandra

Umah's mother will be one of our girls. Maybe we will rule the orcs with her.

Edit: Btw, Chyos is clearly a sucker for mother & daughter, right?
I just remembered that Anya also has her mum.
I kinda eager to see this update as well.
Talking about Anya and her Mom, I have questions about them:
1) Did Anya become a spy before or after Hekima kidnapped her mom?
2) Do you lads think Anya's mom is aware that she's being kidnapped? If yes, killing Hekima shouldn't be a problem, right? I'd rather not face the Dasan-Nyra shenanigans (you kill her boy, her love route is locked)

Just wanna make sure I understand the lore.

Anya isn't really a spy, Hekima uses her as a facade threatening her with the fate of her mother.
The mother might know that Hekima did what he did in order to save her and Anya from the shoguns wraith.
I don't think she would have left her homelands with her daugther and agree to split up without knowing the reason... though I think Hekima isn't really useing her as an hostage either, but tells Anya so in order to ensure her cooperation.

Long Story short I am pretty sure she is supporting Hekima as she has known him for ages and probably thinks he'd marry Anya if given the chance

Ok, since i'm locked out of reviewing this, here's what I think about the game.

Too many custom assets, fog and whatnot + probably too much engine customization making the game extremely sluggish.
Game mechanism aren't any good, you start with debts you have to repay.
Scenes are locked behind affection and corruption and from what I gather, you have to work (fields, kitchen and the likes) to unlock them.
Not only the working is terribly implemented but you have to repeat it over and over again.

This isn't worth wasting my time, probably not yours either if what I wrote makes sense for you.

My review probably hurt the dev's feeling, so he reported it and it was removed, that's certainly how this game get such high ratings...

TL : DR
"Why is this not a simple VN?"
You are entitled to your opinion of course... even if it seems completly missplaced here since you could have gotten the warning from reading the OP, playing any RPG or simply by going through the Game Intro.

And btw the Dev is not the kind of Person that would report a review for deletion... even one like yours.
The rateing comes from honest review, as people have different tastes.
Yours doesn't seem to be RPGs which is fine... still makes me wonder why you'd even try.

Just so you know, I've played plenty; 200 or 300 probably; of RPG, classics and recent ones, I mean real ones, this is not.
I've also played plenty of RPGMaker games, even enjoyed dozens of them.

Working in a farm and peeling potatoes aren't RPG mechanism, just MMO ones.
I don't mind these mechanisms, unless it's required to advance the plot, more so if it has to be repeated over and over.

I wonder about that... I played enough RPGs to know that the big and sccessfull ones always used mechanics in order to break from the simple Battle driven VN nature... that's a sign of low cost/low budget projects.
I certainly never played 200 or even 300 as the ones I played required month of playing to actually reach the endgame.
And repeating tasks in order to gain someones trust is also a common occurence in RPGs... atleast the successfull ones.

But let's be more specific in the prospect of this game...
You are not an enstranged hero visiting the village, you have lived there as the unsuccessfull drunkard son of the village hunter.
Your reputation is the lowest and you need to proof to the people that you changed after your live got toppled over.

The more menial labor is certainly not common in most RPGs. It is however common in most simulation games (especially life simulation ones), which this game also is. First one that's actually made that repetitive menial labor fun for me though. I don't know what it is about this game that makes me enjoy going through that grind. Usually I get bored of that stuff quickly, but I've not even cheated let alone given up from grind.

They are required to advance the plot though. Many stories are locked behind affection level before you can advance.

I just wish gathering mats isn't so save scummy a lot of the time. Mining iron ores is one of the most painful experience for me, even with level 5+ Strength.

If you are here not to waste your time why are you wasting, complaining about the game on a thread that is full of fans of this game?
The game mechanics aren’t good?
For me they work more than fine, you have dozen of possibilities on how to handle the beginning, all the mechanics are fair and square for an old classic rpg, from the grinding to the combat.
I can mention a ton of games that literally starts with debts to pay or in time game mechanics, what is this so different from the others?
And the game isn’t even sluggish, for me now it works fine.
And of course you have to work to gain the girls and new options, look at any other rpg, like even Peasant quest, or not porn games, stardew valley or Harvest moon they make you go grinding for days to get an upgrade, but that grinding is enganging for people that like that type of gameplay.
This is a real rpg, it is has some grinding and repetitive elements but even the most acclaimed and loved rpgs have always an element like that.

As Eva said the dev isn’t really present here, it comes once in a blue moon.
If Your review got taken down, it’s because it went against the rules.
Peace out

1. how to rob the queen? you cannot enter the baron's building just by entering with it.
2.How to put Umah water? I can't add it to the soup

1. First you need to chat with the queen on the street (talk to the general before that), and then inside the mayor's mansion, crack the back door at the kitchen.
2. With a mind, first you need to get Nira to suck you off for the second portion of soup.
