I was in the same situation and it was doing my head in but I was finally able to progress
Instead of fucking hiba when the circle shows up by the fire (late evening) you need to get to her and fuck her in the early evening right when nyra goes next to the fire instead.
Sorry for the ping Chyos but assuming this isn't intended and no one reported yet I figured you might want to know this.
While I'm at it I also have a bug with Kate, I allowed Thomas to progress to the point where she calls him daddy (first punishment) and with out any other ntr event done, now that she's pregnant and having sex with the MC she says she has allowed Thomas to fuck her multiple times.

She shows up after midnight next to the north entrance (close to where Tia chops wood during the day)
Can you link a save for that problem with Nyra? would help me to understand the problem better.
And I'll look into the dialog with Kate.

Sure, it's from an older save file but it's from a point when I was having this issue so hopefully it helps you with this.
Basically there's two ways to fuck Hiba by the fire here, one at 6pm where you have to walk up to her and choose that option or wait until 8pm where you lie by the fire and chose to approach and fuck Hiba then and currently only the option at 6pm will progress Nyra's storyline

I have similar problem with Kate and posted here few times, but nobody gave shit. Also found out that sharing Pia with Rick causes it for me.

Start with two beds. Later in the game you have money enough to buy the beds
Found and fixed. problem was that I didn't include the sex at the fire scenes (Which I only recently added during the Hiba/Ayita bonus scene) to count for Nyra's progression. So in your save that you linked, Nyra hasn't watched Hiba & Tia having sex with the MC. You can currently progress this by talking to Hiba in the evening then having sex with her at the fire and for Tia you need to raise her corruption so that she agrees to have sex with you at the fire after you first leave her near your hut, then make her take of the top and then ask her to have sex at the fire. After the next update this can be done without Tia's corruption if you ask her when sitting with her for sex at the fire.
Mhm the save has no progession with Kate & Thomas. So I still don't know why this is showing wrongly in the dialog.
Edit: to be clear, the talk about Thomas happens during the sex scene with the MC when Kate is pregnant? or when exactly?
I don't get all the reports that are posted in this thread... and with all the messages in here I only read through a few when I have spare time, which often leads to me missing some reports. But you can send me a PM if you find a bug (in best case together with a savefile that I can check) and I will fix it asap.

Bug: Sharing Pia with Rick causes Kate to get "talk about Thomas" even if he didn't blackmail her(nor I watched them have sex 2x)!

Ty for looking at it. And yes, when kate is pregnant and having sex on her bed with the mc she says that maybe the child is not his since thomas had sex with her often to which mc replies that it's his fault. I can't link you the save for this exact situation because I progressed till she had the baby already, but I can only think that it's because I didn't intervene when thomas tries to punish her for the missing gold (although I did intervene and stopped it once and for all after I allowed her to call him daddy
