Really annoying that this guy is constantly trying to hide how the images are being decrypted, he pretty much cut out all the read key from system.json code to just setting it in rpg_core.js.

Dude... it's shitty when a big Corp like Disney pulls this crap, for a little league pr0n game, it's a fucking insane waste of resources / time.
Like: pirates are good, actually (minus 10-15% sales, if game = good > +25-60% sales). Literally only the Americans and their insane IP stuff are still trying to push the line that "piracy = bad". And yes, strangely enough, have proved this over the last 20 years, natch. *cough* Why people like CDR don't mind too much if you pirate their shit *cough*).
Oh... and not to toot my horn, but actually have degrees and MSCs and shit (WEEEE!)
Also - the RPGmaker stuff about "editing saves = bricked saves" needs to be stopped before it kills off what little market share they have. They're not fucking 2K Games or Origin or EA or Ubisoft, doing this crap makes sure........ their shitty out of date little platform gets nuked from orbit in the next 2 years. Putting this drastic code into games I *LITERALLY* take apart and want to just push through in 2-4 hrs to get to a point where I can make a value judgement about the quality of the *GAME* mechanics etc is fucking annoying.
Like: can I work around it? Yes.
Am I going to bother when it's just another shitty RPGMaker pr0n smut game?

Encrypting saves and files in RPGMaker *is* a problem and you're an idiot if you don't understand why. It's a *really* big issue given that it will kill off the platform in less than two years if you muppets keep pushing for it.
