You should wait for the plot to develop. Judging by the screenshot, it's still a long way to interact with her.
The fix this is not My but i did in my game and works this i found in this forum a few pages back .
After becoming chief (assuming you did), spend time with her at the campfire at night without sex 5 times and she will start to approach her confession of love. A more detailed explanation can be found in the walkthrough, I definitely recommend downloading it soon as you're able!

The most used way to "corrupt" people in this game - let them drink MC sperm. By blowjob or by "special wine", doesn`t matter. Just ... don`t start to sell flask with MC sperm, because this can be used against MC to "NTR" him.
Make her swallow; seed-spike that wine! xD Those are the only two ways I can think of.
