The topic has been talked to death in this thread for years. Any further discussion should be held with forums admins. But I doubt that they will change the forum definition because of something like that. What there is to say about this has been said here, more than once.
In any case, I don't really care about the relationships. This is the same pointless discussion in other threats, "is it real cuckold or not? or "is it real NTR or not?" There are only extreme opinions left, real discussions and exchanges of knowledge no longer take place. And the people who shout the loudest, usually certain haters, are usually the people who have the least idea what they're talking about. It's unbearable to have to see again and again that some people just can't stand not getting their way. Things are sometimes worse here than in many schoolyards. I actually thought this was an adult forum?
I like this game exactly as it is. I don't care which tags are there and which aren't. If I like a game, I follow it for a long time, sometimes permanently, and make up my own mind. I only read the tags superficially. I have had the experience more than once that they are only partially true. And so the topic is now settled for me.

I remember that Dialogue too... it was like v0.4.9.0 something? Emily tells you that Frisha was probably Giron Daughter while they both were cuddling her bed, but a lot has changed since then.
Because you blatantly insisted without any proof that one version is canon over the other and one player's choice is wrong.
That's why I actually care about. I don't care at all whether you like incest or not or play the game with incest or not. It's the insistance you have that the other option isn't a valid option, and again you seemly did that for no other reason than it's not the default, when it literally can't be the default legally. If Chyos ever continues the mom's storyline I'm pretty obvious that her husband is only going to be mentioned in passing regardless of whether you have incest turned or not, and that the mom is the one that's actually important in any sort of way.
It's not at all similar to that, there is pretty blatantly incest content in the game, just like there is blantanly anal content in the game and blantant cheating content. The "is it real cuckhold" debate has always been more about the fact that different people have different definitions of what is and isn't ntr. Here it's pretty blatantly says that Mira is the mc's half sister with incest turned on, so there is no real debate on whether or not there is incest content unless we get into a "canon" debate like you are doing now. The rest of your comment is really irrelevant and doesn't really have anything to do with what's been disucssed

Marcus was MC's gaurdian & MC's real mom is still alive and we'll meet her in future as a possible LI.
That's the canon plotline.

What I think Chyos can do, to avoid risks with patreon is only one thing. If the player has the switch deactivated, the mother will not be the mother, but the classic mother's friend. Or a normal woman. With whom at the end to start something in a different way (Or it's simply dead and whoever has the switch deactivated therefore loses a possible additional relationship in the game. But I don't think so, because in that case some people would then complain about it). For those who have the switch active, instead the mother will still be the mother and therefore there will be an incestuous relationship.
I think the best choice for Chyos is to create two versions. A patreon and a Subscribestar. Where one has very specific content and the other enables content that patreon does not want. It shouldn't be that difficult for him or cause him any more commitments. Because in one he will not insert that particular context. While in the other he will have to insert it. For me this is the only real alternative. Because by doing so, he will bring new users to Subscribestar and will understand that that fetish brings a lot of extra earnings. Since in that way he can add more relatives in the game, without bothering anyone.
How do you figure that MCs mom is still alive? Marcus talks about her like she's dead and who would know better than him.
There is no canon plotline. Both Marcus being mc's father and not being his father are valid.
You can't have a subscribestar version and a patreon version. The devs on this site that have done that have only managed to do so because they haven't gotten caught

There is no one wrong here. The game is a role-playing game. You have choices and tastes. It is up to the player to choose what he wants from what he doesn't want. Chyos, is doing exactly that. The problem is that the game is active on patreon and patreon does not want certain things on its site. Continuing to deny the thing, just because some people don't like it is just spreading misinformation. I take you as an example, if you don't like it, read the letter just one thing and live happily in your ideal game. I take myself as an example. I like it and I activated the switch. Because I find that in that context it is the canonical thing. I would like to remind you that in the Medieval Ages many families had the use and custom of starting incestuous relationships. So as to bring forward pure blood lines. I would like to mention a very important family that existed, the "Borgia" So honestly being shocked by this thing, I just don't understand it. There are tastes and tastes, there are those who like it and those who don't. You can then continue to believe that it is not so. The choice is only yours.

What I mean is that on subscrivestar you have one version and on patreon another. You separate the two links and sell two active versions. On patreon you only bring the patreon version. On subscribestar the subscrivestar version. Legally so no one can say anything to him. Of course it would be clear that the most active earnings would come from patreon, since Subscribestar is not as famous as the other.

Well again I didn't know about the new incest function, in a previous version I played which was around v.0.5.0.0 I don't remember the incest function and instead Emily would always allude to Giron being the father of Frisha. Saying something along the line that at the time she had to sleep with Giron as a means to survive. So back then it was pretty much "confirmed" that Frisha was Giron's daughter, since at least if we are going by genetics, brown or black hair are a dominant hair color while blonde isn't (which makes sense with Mira having brown hair) so normally both parents should be blonde for it to get inherited which in turn is why the amount of natural blondes in our world is actually decreasing year by year. It also sort of shows in the village with it having almost no blondes, at least in theory in some thousands years if humans are still around unless something changes like genesplicing or something then things like natural blue eyes and blonde hair will be a thing of the past.
Then again this is a world were the gods created the Demons and Elves at first and then the Orcs, with humans being Orcs transformed to look more appealing while also increasing their intelligence and then became known as humans though in fact I would say their still Orcs. So not sure if our human genetics would play a part here.
But anyway my point is that in an earlier version Emily would always hint at Frisha being Giron daughter and thus Dave's half-sister. But it has seemingly been changed by now to the full incest toggle.
