Honestly, I hope it's never going to happen. That orphanage "stuff" reminds me of that Summertime Saga damn shit too much.

I think he refairs to the child care center that one of the Love interest runs... after any girl gave birth the children are sent there to play while the girl returns to her normal daily activity.
You won't see or being able to interact with the children in that place.. you can't even tell how many children of yours are currently there... but Summertime Saga is a RenPy Game without any indoors exploration like in an RPG maker game, I suspect you'll see some children run around on the second floor that can offer some kind of basic reply and the numbers can represent the MC's "activities" in Arenfield.
Maybe something alike to the Orphanage in Drop Factory

well bluntly put i wanna fuck tia is it even possible?im on rumah village quest and done as far s i can tell everything that can be done threes only 2 dudes dont like me dasan and a guard stands by him i got 5/5 of the quest AND living together
all the tribe girls wanna fuck me but aint cuz i need to be a tribe member or what ever so...WTF??

If you're 5/5 on convincing the tribe and you've slept in the hut several times until Tia feel ready to join them then you need to talk to the elder in the hut on the center left. He's straight left of the campfire in the chieftain's hut. Talk to him and one of the options should be about reputation and it should tell you if you've met the requirements or if something's missing. Once you've joined the tribe the chieftain will escort Dasan out of the village for his duel with the orcs.

Did you complete 5 Quests for the villagers or did you only complete 4 Quests and entered the village by passing the int check?
Raaisha will offer 2 Quests if you passed the int check 1st is a challenge for a duel, second is finding the hunters... this Quest is VERY important for later so make sure you completed it before becoming a villager of Rumah

Given that the games so far has some Real live time system I doubt it will be anything to fancy... likely some baby sprites or small kids (1-5 years old) playing in the top floor.

The only option to support for now is Patreon. You could just pledge for a month and drop out once the pledge goes through; I'm sure he would be grateful.

Chyos has been working on this for over a year and a half now, and is very responsive on Patreon and on the Discord server. There are always a lot of ideas going around on the Discord and he appears very energetic. Also, due to regular patronage on Patreon, he is about to reach his goal for his dev work being sustainable, likely this month. We can expect him to keep working on this game.

No thanks, no patreon, and I let my wife use the paypal, they both pissed me off. But if the developer has a discord, I might be able to send some coffee money there. I cannot see paying repeatedly everymonth for content that may take a couple of years if at all. By then I could have bought some premium complete games at game stop or such. I feel its fine to pay a one time for satisfaction received I do not need a co-dependency relationship.

i have a friend that plays to and helped me a great deal (thank goodness for skype and share screens LOL) im on last stages now...fighting the orcs...BUT i think he slightly miscalculated said there was 3 battles ive counted at least 4 or 5 now and still going?just wish the cheat mod could speed up days fucking bullshit 1 days until battle per battle

I don't exactly recall this part of the game, but it looks like this is saying that the book itself is the item, and is telling you to go to the Key Items tab in the items menu, then select the book and use it.

So far her storyline is tied up with Gwen's. Sabrina does not have her own option in the content poll. Presumably, voting for Gwen's option will help advance Sabrina's storyline, or at least open the way for Sabrina to get her own option in the content poll, if that's something that Chyos plans on happening.

There is a discord server, but it is only accessible to patrons. That's why I suggested just doing a one-time payment on Patreon, and then canceling the pledge as soon as the payment goes through.

ive looked in there and cant find anything that would get me past this quest...its all about the apprentice quest chain

Well it is saying you have the option use the book if you want to give up, not if you want to pass the test. The book, iirc, is the one you are trying to understand the knowledge of, so it definitely has to be in your Key Items inventory or you could not be playing the puzzle. So you use it, and that will get you out of the puzzle, but it doesn't help you pass the puzzle.

If you need help with the puzzle, why not check out the walkthrough at the bottom of the first post of this thread? Just search for "puzzle" and the search function will get you there in the pdf quickly.

Before entering that screen Sabrina tells you to read a magic book and master the spells inside... the mini game following is a mental image of the struggle the MC has to solve in order to do that, after completing all riddles (requires several days) you will learn 2 new combat skills.
You can give up solvng the riddle and retry at a later time by leaving the screen through the red circel... I don't recall there ever being some kind of in game shop to make this easier... if you need more help I'd advice reading the Walkthrough from the OP

alot of these quests definitely need some serious re-editing done to them ....EXAMPLE talk to emly on 2nd floor (ummm how about adding a days and times to narrow shit down????)thats just one of the many examples ALL quests are half assed with their descriptions

quick update:i read through the pdf or what ever and didnt see anything about talking to Emily on 2nd floor (ok my friend tells me when ya have questto talk to Emily on 2nd floor then thats the end for her for now)
