Try incognito mode or moving the game folder to different location or maybe check the internet speed or try to open the media directly from console.
Open console and then check the link for that particular media which is not opening then open it in the next tab (right click) you'll know what exactly is the issue.

Odd question, but if i sigh up to start on patreon is to see and use the perks online can’t download the game
