It's a way to raise people skill.
You can get +5 people skills each at Kimmy 2, 4, and 5 events.
You can also get 5 in Chloe 5 event.
You can also get 5 in Cherry 7 event.
If you watch Tori 3 and 4 events, you can get 5.
And finally, you can get 25 from company 11.
So if you achieve 100 people skill, your stat cap is supposed to go up to 124.
what does mean go to bed when loss to Ms jackson ?
