Keep downloading the full size file, and start a new game (loading older saves can result in bugs). It'll give you the option to skip to the latest update, so you should just do that. That being said, apparently there's no new content in the newest update. You can delete older updates once you download the newest one.

There actually was a mod project called "A Town Unfiltered," and it looked promising, but unfortunately there hasn't been any real word on progress since June.

I have taken a break from the game to let some updates pile up. I am wondering, is there more incest in the game other than the MCs? I know His mom and sis story has been good(imo the threesome was rushed but no biggie). Are there any other pairings added? I know the principle has a sister IIRC, do we get any s/s with them?

By the time the principal’s sister was introduced, the game was already mostly dead, imho. I don’t recall any sexual content with the sister, aside from teasing, regardless of context.

There is one additional incest scene with two civilians (mother/son) in the main story. It is one very short, non-repeatable scene. There might be some more theoretical content in the sex world, but everything that happens there is either off-screen or fade-to-black. (Yes, the sex scenes in the sex world in the sex game are not depicted.)

Conflicting missions probably? Use the cheat code if you haven’t already. Then click the "unlock the map" button so that you can leave the home and visit Lashley.
