It honestly could be worse, remember there are some devs that just drop off the face of the earth without a word only to come back every few months to say, 'Hey I'm still here and working on the game. I'm just doing things at my own pace. So, please don't forget to continue you're support.'
if u are using the new updated game with old save from other old version i might get u some crashes and image wont load. so i recommend doing a new save. beside this situation idk what might be.

You technically no longer need the incest patch with the latest version. You'll need to start fresh and you're given a choice to define the relationship between the MC and the two ladies of the household. You'll need to type in 'Sister' and 'Mom' for the respective characters and acknowledged the disclaimer. After that the incest related dialogue should be more of less restored.
US laws, the place where many of these games are being made and even if their not is also the pace where both Patreon and Paypal are making business, so even if they wanted, by US laws they cannot commercialize such content.
Didn't Patreon recently move itself to the UK or something like that? I know something happened that cause a whole mess of credit cards to be declined cause of it
