Right? I suppose I can throw a toggle into the options menu for people who really don't like it, but I find it way easier to check what chores you have active at any point in time.

Could you DM me your system specs (OS, CPU, GPU)? As best I can tell this is only happening to older AMD cards/integrated graphics, so I'm guessing it's a graphics memory issue.Again I need texture patch... I think that this was solved from previous version. What the fucking problem with textures in this game already? Never had nothing similar before.
I play with one hand and I'm addicted to spamming save, I would have to take my hand off a mouse or off something else to reach esc key or look for that tiny save button at the bottom of the screen.

That makes a lot of sense, actually. The middle mouse button is kind of wasted right now; how would you feel about that being made into the menu button? I think bringing up the phone is still more common than saving, so I want to make sure it's got the easiest button to use.
I could make all of this customizable in the options menu, but I want to figure out a default control scheme that works well for as many people as possible. This isn't Cyberpunk; nobody wants to spend time in the menu trying to get their porn game running juuuuust right.
It's combination of specs and renpy, specs allow to use up to 16kx16k textures but renpy can't deal even with 4k properly. In your texture atlases have a lot of free spaces and you can easily organize them in 2k textures without wasting their quality. But do it or not it's up on you.
So I checked renpy sources, and it's not graphics memory issue. Renpy limit texture size to max frame buffer size, and on some systems it's 4k. Also then renpy load textures it's add a small border which increase total texture size. After that required size of texture jump over 4k and then renpy bump the limit, it's split texture on small textures.

So after I cut the swimsuit, it says I don't have it anymore, and I can find another one in the basement. Is that intended?

is this related to the texture patch problem talked about above? (I just downloaded the game for the first time now)
(btw my computer specs aren't very high, maybe that's why:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3540M CPU @ 3.00GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7500M/7600M Series
OS: windows 10 pro (yeah it doesn't even run well with windows 11 lol) )
