that is an error/exception trace, not a command prompt. do you have mods installed in the game?

Have you considered removing the Mods? because I certainly don't get an error just opening the console.
Here is what it looks like for me:
1. open console
2. executing "clear",
3. and then pasting in each of those variable or method calls separately and hitting enter after each one.
And by the way, use the "Alt-Printscreen" key combo to get the game window image in your copy-paste buffer - you don't need to mess with a phone camera then LOL.

Okay, cool, now we know what is the issue.
The corruption level of the schoolgirls mob is too low for the breast envy events to trigger. It needs to be level 2.
Corruption level for all characters is improved by gaining more corruption tags. You need (current corruption level + 1) new corruption tags to go up each level. (This is a "triangle number sequence" in mathematics terminology - it goes 0, 1, 3, 6, 10, 15, 21, 28, 36, 45, etc. "45" is level 9, which is the maximum achievable in the base game at the moment. Interesting that you have Mom set to level 12 - did you use the cheat menu to boost her level too high? that might cause problems later on)

So Mine isn't moded, and I have a lot of the same stuff.
However, the Schoolgirls are still at corruption level 1. I feel like I started wearing the cut down clothes a long time ago, and I remember that prompt coming up and pressing "encourage them" but I don't seem to have a way to advance. Maybe I Played the game before the tag was working properly?

The phone's "available corruption points" section doesn't show the schoolgirls (or boys) yet. Metamira might be adding that in the coming update as he has said in the progress log that area was one of the things he will improve.
Anyway, you can check what tags have been set via the console:

UPDATE: looks like the "revealing_outfit" tag was set in the 'v0_23_1_Patch' save compatibility fixer.
In a new game you are supposed to earn it on the first time you teach a class after getting the "cut down work outfit", but i guess maybe there was some gap depending on what versions you played with the same save file.
Someone can drop a safe for sex with a jock or tell you how to get to him. I can't get to him in any way.

Yea, I haven't dug into the game since the new dialogue handling update. I think the next big content update I'll take a look around and see what I can come up with. Sorry for the inconvenience if anyone really liked that scene
