Mrkoolguy , RottenPlum , and others who are experiencing freezing or fps issues, with the new 0.12.2, it is probably because of the new water animation. Seems it was a heavier load than Mira expected, so a quick fix was released in the discord that disables the animated water.
This is the fix, save this in \game\Characters\Mom\
Also added it to my mod's post, in case this gets buried.

Make sure you're playing vo.12.2 (ie. the official release and not the preview that was on Discord) and visit the bathroom mirror.
Does anyone know how I can downgrade the textures so it doesn't look like this?

It's been pointed out to me that I haven't added any chores to the backyard to actually bring him there, so for the moment there's actually no way to trigger it. My bad! It will mean there's some bonus content in the future though when I do make it possible to lure him to the backyard.
Furthest you can go right now are handjobs and blowjobs.
