About the very revealing outfit, i do everything but the principle doesn't give me and handbook to read on my study, is it a bug?
how has this game been out for almost 3 years and we still dont have a gallery or any kind of mod
Dont get me wrong, because this is easily top 3 games on the site for me, but every time i read the changelog, i cant help but wonder "who asked for this?"
Like this whole "caves of whatever" minigame & expansion, who is this for? Or even the update before, with the sole focus on the least interesting character, Candy...

This one is a bit convoluted right now I think, but it isn't bugged. You need to have corruption 3 on both you and the principle, then you have to do the weekly principle event at least twice and choose the options that lead to you asking "Which part is inappropriate?" and on the second time you do it (assuming you have the corruption requirements) the handbook task starts.
It's to add more scenarios for content, like shower schedules allows for shower scenes and yard chores allow for yard scenes such as the tanning events. In similar way, this will allow more content with Ethan and the students and I'm assuming it's a good way to add art and concepts that don't fit the base theme, but the dev wanted to make anyway. The game is about doing chores and building relationships with the family, so what better way to do that with Ethan than with a game?
If there's one thing I've learned on this site, when a dev is active and the game is good, let them cook. Case and point, Candy. You might not be interested in Candy content, but progressing the sisters is necessary to add more corruption opportunities for the brothers.

Yes i did all the requirements, and chose the needed options more than twice, but no handbook given and no such option related to the handbook on the study room in the bedroom
I don't know what to tell you, the requirements are: "Ask which part is inappropriate", have corruption 3 and have corruption 3 on the principle. After that, the next time you get the weekly check and repeat the option, you'll get the handbook task. I can confirm it is possible to complete the event, I did it in 0.35.2, so if you REALLY can't get it to work, then submit a bug report with a save file to the dev discord (Saved just before the event for easy testing.)
