I don't know if it's just me - but I prefer Mira taking longer to release content as long as it's sizeable/impactful.
If we wait lets say 3 months for an update that just brings only some new writing, locations and maybe some new clothing, I'd be a bit uneasy.
But thus far Mira has consistently delivered with impactful content in her updates. The cheer update introduced masturbation primarily amongst a few other things. Some people complained this wasn't enough - but I think adding in a new level of corruption to a family member is HUGE as that's ultimately the focus of the story.

more or less not yet since even many missing placeholder on the game but still i hope more content for both her family and people from her workplace already on dev roadmap for the game
It's still buggy, so unless you want to go bug hunting, you should probably hold off for some bug fixes.
