You need the masturbate task on your to do list. hold off from it until you get into school (I don't know if there is a lust minimum, but get it as high up as possible.) Start class by pressing on the Desk. I think at half time, if you press the desk again, the option will pop up.

Get the "Help him masturbate" and "Help yourself masturbate" chore at the same day and ask him for a massage while having high arousal. On the choice of the first "teasing" him, stop the massage.

When adding butt envy to Nerd's (Ethan) chores it gets to the point of what mom can offer him. There's multiple options, but none can be selected.
