I talked to every NPC in the game and only the drunk guy picked a fight with me (after molesting me twice). So I can't get the WIP combat for the most part.

Ah I forgot to add in the patch notes that I removed him He was causing too many issues with crashing and is getting reworked as well. He may also not be in this build of the game because he serves as one of her main antagonists in the main game, because this is just a "slice" of the main game

Oh okay, no worries. Although I will echo the sentiment that I don't care for Kay's "bimbo doll" design, I like the game so far and am looking forward to when the mechanics are further implemented.
Hopefully the "corruption", "lust", and "submission" stats will affect combat. I'm also assuming high submission will force you to choose certain options when prompted (like you're given an order by some character and you HAVE to obey it)?

Yes, the stats will affect combat and choices once fully implemented as well as unlocking choices. I have plans for unlocking skills for combat/choices as well, though this may come way later.
Will there be any impregnation content in the future? Like game-over impregnation endings after too many losses or scenes where Krystal stats determine if she does become pregnant or not? I'm asking because a lot of the dialog during most of the sex scenes so far seems to be pointing in that direction.

Yeah hes the chosen one. He'll finally create the "blue fox" game and then the prophecy will be complete and cthulhu will be unleashed into the atmosphere. Good job guys.

I seem to get stuck after trying to collect the police chip and after the scene where the guy says let me help you after seeing you in the alley?

It depends, if you haven't gotten the pig scene in the club, you could go back to the club main floor, otherwise that's it, Assuming you go in some order of events like this - Hobo mating press - Pig - vip cilent - drunkard fight/loss
