Click on any broken heart until it is not broken. Once all hearts are not broken click the words "game over" over and over and it will transition to that mode. Seems to basically be this games equivalent of a gallery mode.

I just did it again to make sure that it doesn't matter what day you do it on. Start a new game, it doesn't have to be easy mode. Get to game over screen by making her alerted. Then click on all hearts on the game over screen until every single heart is whole. It will make a ding sound every time the hearts are completed. Once all hearts are completed click the words game over. As you keep clicking game over, you will notice the words start fading. Eventually it goes away completely. you have to click The words game over quickly as it will become less transparent if you do it too slowly.

In gallery mode an easy way to win is to click the "penis" tool to insert and then right click it to pull it back out. You will pretty much automatically gain more pleasure than detection. Also if you wait until there is a touchpoint on her vagina before inserting you will get a substantial bonus. Again it isn't really worth it.
