Sometimes you just have to let it go. It is not easy to find all the pose or clothing caused rendering errors. BTW, the towel must be held up by magic, since it isn't even touching at the top (this is not my favorite towel asset).
But it is still a very nice render.

Sometimes seemingly small mistakes can be so bad. I tried the towel for the first time. I guess I didn't like the way it looked either. And I didn't do anything to hold it magically or to separate it. Maybe I should find a better towel.

Might be an idea but you could of moved the hand to cover the gap at the top of the towel but this can mess up the pose completely
